In fact, the last store I visited before coming here told me to go to All Seasons because they were confident the staff would know exactly how to help, and they were right. I made it clear at every business that I didn't know what supplies were needed to get the job done, yet no one else could point me in the right direction. One store even tried to sell me a sign post for $540. Instead, I got everything I actually needed at All Seasons for just $55. I'll definitely be back. Great experience, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and they didn't waste my time.

During the delivery from manufacture to the Normal location several of the boards were damaged by the forklifts. I reported the damage to the yard supervisor. Since the damage occured in the middle of the pallet their suggestion was to return the boards as I gained access. I kept this location updated on the matter while at the job sight with details on the damage reveiled. The front desk supervisor informed me a credit would be offered. The credit details were 50% from manufacture and 50% from Forest Building Materials as per the supervisor. I've reached out numerous times via email, phone calls and physical stops at the location. Each time I was informed that since I paid cash for the order and not a credit card the refund process was difficult. I've given up and I have found a new building materials distributor.

I mentioned I had been paying $75 and they acted as if they hadn't had $75 bales in months. I really don't appreciate any businesses conducting transactions this way. I can completely understand costs increase for x,y, or z reasons. But don't act like I'm crazy because your business isn't honoring your pricing. Found the receipt from the first bale I purchased at $75 4wks ago and found the facebook post as well. I will take the small amount of my business elsewhere. (It's not about the $5 it is about the integrity behind it)
