During the delivery from manufacture to the Normal location several of the boards were damaged by the forklifts. I reported the damage to the yard supervisor. Since the damage occured in the middle of the pallet their suggestion was to return the boards as I gained access. I kept this location updated on the matter while at the job sight with details on the damage reveiled. The front desk supervisor informed me a credit would be offered. The credit details were 50% from manufacture and 50% from Forest Building Materials as per the supervisor. I've reached out numerous times via email, phone calls and physical stops at the location. Each time I was informed that since I paid cash for the order and not a credit card the refund process was difficult. I've given up and I have found a new building materials distributor.

They don't have some flowers that I like to plant. What they do have is special potted ones for gift giving. I would be thrilled to receive one for Mothers Day. The second was a renovation of the master bathroom. While the previous owner had maintained the home reasonably well, the bathroom needed updates due to aging finishes and discoloration. Replacing the shower enclosure and the tub noticeably improved the space. The project took longer than originally planned due to delivery delays that were outside of their control. While the delay was not ideal, the team communicated clearly, and the final outcome met our expectations. Ashley coordinated the overall process and was very helpful in guiding material selections. Johnny, the owner, stayed involved and regularly checked in to make sure things continued moving forward. Jerrot handled the sink countertop and RO system work with care and attention. Marco and his tile team were consistent and highly responsive to our needs. Jose and his crew completed the flooring efficiently while maintaining good quality. APM also contributed well to the remaining tasks. Apologies if I missed anyone. Overall, despite the challenges with external logistics, ODF followed through on their promises and delivered solid, high-quality results. I am happy to give them a five-star rating and highly recommend them to anyone in the Norman, OK area looking for home improvements.

You can clearly see their machine spay marks through my entire yard. I will not use ever again and will be speaking with an attorney about this. Brand new house 236,000 dollars and the outside looks like under a bridge and they won't make anything right shame shame

Phoenix was hired, but the service requested was a replacement service. Colton will not be onsite until August 7. Actual quality of service cannot be evaluated at this time.

if you're thinking about working here for work life balance, don't. from my personal experience the co workers are awesome, management not so much, usually everyone who gets paid big bucks is related to the company, fathers/mothers daughters/sons or friends of the family. and the people who make things happen (yard hands/csr's) don't get any recognition or respect. work here if you'd like but just keep in mind your manager doesn't care about you no matter how much they say they do. youll get told to do one thing and then the next you're wrong. cool rocks though. that's what the 1 star is for. read more
