I would NOT recommend that anyone purchases one of their $$$$$ trailers …read more Purchased a 19' Enclosed snowmobile trailer a couple months ago. After getting it home in Central Oregon I performed a thorough inspection that I should have done prior to making the full payment. No one with R & R inspected this trailer. Fabrication is the work of amateurs. Weld splatters, sharp corners on the aluminum trim and steel, incorrect interior trim for the roof vent (attempted modification for a poor fit), poorly installed trim, nuts missing on the D-ring attachment bolts, screws missing on door trim, undersized door springs (two people needed to close the ramp doors even after I adjusted them), and the WORST - interior condensation dripping from the underside of each roof support and the roof vent, getting everything inside wet. The thin insulation is not continuous, no insulation under the supports.

As a retired custom home builder, I cannot say enough about the quality of the build. This by far exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased. The trailer is built by folks that obviously take great pride in their work. The measurements were spot on, the materials are top notch. The front of the trailer has the RR sticker (Double R). Our friends saw the trailer and said "Rolls Royce" of trailers, LOL. Yep, something we are proud of.

I spoke with a woman named Lucy over the phone before making the 500 mile (7 hr) trip to purchase a…read morehorse trailer from her sales lot. I expected that it would need minor repairs as most 24 year old living quarters horse trailers usually need. I was assured it was a very nice unit. It was not. There were signs of extensive water damage to the RV flooring and a wall behind the shower sections. The rear axle was bent and the tires were cupped/bulging on the inside with almost all of the tread there worn away. Odd that her "shop" didn't catch that. Lucy had had a week before my arrival to run an extension cord out and ensure all of the appliances were working properly. Despite me placing a deposit to hold this trailer for me, she couldn't be bothered to do that. I have no idea if any of the appliances even worked. The fridge and freezer were blocked open but heavily stained black from dried mold. I was so disappointed, because Number 1. I was so blatantly lied to even though she KNEW i was coming from quite a distance. And 2. Other than that rear axle, the rest was easily fixable because the trailer is a very well built brand. Lucy wouldn't budge a penny on her already Max price for the year, a 1999 Bloomer Living Quarters horse trailer at $29,000. I offered her just under asking price and she wouldn't budge. I would have paid her full price until, upon second inspection, I found that bent rear axle. Despite Lucy's age, she has a habit of giggling a lot, I've found this is a nervous tic with people that are often dishonest. Needless to say, they will NOT be getting my business again.

I asked if it was 100% inspected since I'd be sending my wife over, she said it was. I ended up driving over from Seattle. As I drove in a saw it had a flat tire, the mechanic was walking up to it with an air tank. I saw cords on 3 of the 4 tires. The battery box was tied shut with twine and the lady promised me they just replaced the battery and I didn't need to untie the box.... She told me the bearings and breaks were all replaced. So I bought the trailer..... 20 miles home had a blow out in BFE luckily some nice folks helped us throw a spare on. Another hour down the road my alternator light lights up in my new truck. Direct short in the battery smoked my truck alternator Get home the bearings and brakes were ok but not new. Here's this worst part folks! They used white silicone to fill spots in the (1x1 square tubing) framing all over the trailer where water had split the metal. I pressure wash it a few days later and it looks like crap! All the silicone flying out of holes, they used a ton of touch up paint. I want to get rid of it but don't feel right selling it to anyone.... bad deal. I called her each time I was broke down and she laughed it off, "at least your closer to home than here" "yea good thing you didn't send your wife like I said was ok" I get if someone screws up and misrepresents something but when it's falling apart reach out and offer a free tow, hotel room or something! Disappointed.

I purchased a Mirage Extreme Sport trailer new in the fall of 2018. I ordered it with an escape…read moredoor, two fuel doors, heater, etrack in the floor and two 15 gallon tongue mounted propane tanks. From day one this trailer has been nothing but junk. Stripped out screws inside and out, I have to replace screws every time I pull it because they just fall out. The first time I ever pulled it in snow, when I opened it up there was more snow inside the trailer than there was outside. I had to seal the floor from underneath and install plywood in places where the inside sheathing covered up spots where the floor didn't go all the way and meet the walls. The propane tank carrier were held on with only two lag bolts, one was stripped out and the other kept coming loose. The tanks almost fell off one trip. I just spent two days rebuilding the cabinet that the furnace was installed in because it was about to fall down from the sealing. When I took all the aluminum off the sides and front I discovered the furnace was held in by only one torx head screw. That screw was stripped out and the furnace was just floating around in the cabinet. There are four provisions for bolting the furnace down securely but they thought one screw would be sufficient! The cabinet was held to the wall with two lag screws in one stud, It was held to the ceiling to two roof bows with one lag screw in each roof bow. One screw was stripped out and the other was about to come out. The outside air intake and exhaust vent was held on with 6 torx screws into the outside skin only, no backing behind the skin and all six screws were stripped out and loose. I have had to rewire all the brakes as they did not do a good job in routing and securing the harness and snow and ice accumulation eventually broke all the wires going to the hubs and I was down to one working brake. When while it was still in warranty I called the factory to tell them how unhappy I was with the quality of the trailer and I was told that I could bring it to Nampa ID and they would take care of it. I said you can have it shipped there and back to me and they said I would have to bring it to them, 800 miles away! I have done more work to this trailer in the 8 years I have owned it than I have done to my 2002 Cargo Mate trailer that I bought used in 2008! Mirage trailers are overpriced garbage wagons, and I would never recommend anything they build to anyone!

We were told this would cover pretty much any issue (interior or exterior) that we could potentially run into for the next 5 years, as well as annual inspections. Fast forward to spring of 2026, when we were ready to sell our unit and get out from underneath the AWFUL financing terms we signed (reiterating that we were brand new to the RV world and should have known better, but sometimes lessons have to be learned the hard way). We went to schedule our included inspection and address a few warranty issues but were only met with sales tactics and extremely poor communication. Calls and messages went unanswered, and we were initially told claims would be opened--only to later find out they had never been submitted. I had to physically go in on several occasions to get any sort of response, and we were eventually pushed by Wyatt to purchase a "$2,000 inspection for $1,300." We then began working with a new team member who finally opened the claim and got us the inspection that should have already been included in our warranty. From there, we were given little to no guidance or communication and ended up handling the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer ourselves, including gathering documentation and scheduling the repair. During the inspection, we were told there were additional concerns, including needing new seals and a potential brake issue in the next few years. However, we were informed none of these would be covered under the warranty because they were considered "maintenance items," which was extremely frustrating given the cost of the warranty and how it was originally sold to us. After the unit had been in their possession for three weeks, it was returned with additional issues: wiring had been poorly repaired, one of the exterior decals was scratched off, and two plastic pieces were broken off in the unit with no explanation of where they came from. The entire experience was incredibly disorganized and unresponsive. The "comprehensive" warranty coverage did not match what we were sold at the time of purchase, and we were clearly taken advantage of. Buyer beware - the entire situation felt like a ploy to get as much money as possible.
