Then i waited. Day of I got there a little early. The receptionist was super friendly,helpful & had a great sense of humor. Just before my appointment I went into a room with my masseuse Elizabeth(can not recommend her enough either!) i told her what areas I needed work on,Set some boundaries & had a few laughs then proceeded to the table. Elizabeth found all the things that were causing my discomfort & went to work on them. She worked out all the kinks (I had more than i knew about). The room was dimly lit with soft music. She has strong hands and uses her elbows to really work out the knots. It hurt, but it felt good with the release that came along with it.
