They let me special order my chicks, and had them delivered with their usual spring shipment. All 12 of my chicks are still alive, and healthy. They all seem to be hens thus far, which is what I ordered. It is really rare that a rooster does not get mixed in with a hen order, and even more rare that all the chicks make it through the first couple of weeks. If you are interested in poultry, stop by and chat with these folks. They have one of the best bee keeping supply selections I have seen in a store, and information on the local bee keeping club. I am giving them 5 stars based on their exceptional animal husbandry support. If they don't have a good answer, they will call a friend, or give you a neighbor's phone number. It is that sort of place. You can also buy hardware, seeds, tires, auto supplies, garden plants, and gasoline at this coop. They will usually leave shoppers to browse in peace unless one looks confused, and they always carry my purchases to my car.

I have found their prices reasonable and I like to support local small business so I drop in sometimes before I purchase items from other stores. I can't give them higher than three stars because they aren't very friendly. They aren't mean but EVERY time I shop there I feel like an outcast of some sort. It's like I must not be wearing the right clothes, smell bad, look bad or not be part of the right family. it seems like one of the places where if you didn't grow up in Knoxville you just do not matter to them. I don't get it. If they worked on this they could be five stars!!!

Unfortunately, I had to walk out after hearing male employee berate a caller who simply called and asked for a particular product free from allergens. He told the sales lady that "you don't want to fool with that kind of person" and proceeded to call her all kinds of names. He then went into a political tirade. Mind you there were multiple customers in the store. As is my right, I'm not doing business with a company who tolerates this type of unprofessional rude behavior. They are free to treat their customers as they wish and I'm free to go somewhere else.

The set up of the store was spectacular.... if you're creative or very in to art of any kind this place will definitely have what you need and it will not be difficult to navigate the store while browsing. I noticed sales as well; great value. The prices and sales are marked in a paper and on the items throughout the store. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I noticed the lighting was not harsh as I took a quick stroll around with my arms full. The staff was very knowledgeable about a variety of items I was looking for. Not once did I feel rushed or frustrated, or that the associates were annoyed with my questions; I was walked to every item I needed instead of pointed across the store. I Did not take a photo of the framing department but it was huge! 10/10 would recomend
