I've come here for a Christmas party and many many blood drives. This place is quite big to host many different kinds of events. It has wooden floors, big windows and access to at least 2 doors on the north and west side if the building, a third door is open from 8am-4pm on the east side by other offices. When we had a Christmas party here there was a stage so I know one can be set up. I came here today for the blood drive hosted by the Oklahoma Blood Institute. I'm an O- so often I'm called to schedule appointments. Mine today is at 4:50pm, I'm still waiting at 5:23..so I'm thinking what is the use of making an appointment if you're treated like a walk-in. There's 3 of us that has appointments and two walk-ins waiting. Anyway this is a review of City Hall, not the blood drive. It's a great place to host events!!

Unfortunately, the officer seemed confused and unclear with his instructions, waving his arm to the right, which I interpreted as a signal to pull right. When I did so, the officer immediately became irate, yelling and screaming at me, and even asked if I was "fucking ignorant." He then told me to "put the car in reverse and back the F up." This level of unprofessionalism and aggression was completely unnecessary, especially given that I was only trying to comply with his directions. I attempted to contact the Enid Police Department to speak with the sergeant in charge, but was told there was nothing they could do for me and that if I wanted to make a statement, I would have to come in person. By that time, I was already out of town in Perry, Oklahoma. I requested a call from the Chief of Police to discuss this officer's behavior, as I believe it was completely out of line and escalated a simple situation. This officer clearly needs better training on how to handle stressful situations and interact with the public respectfully. Experiences like this are exactly why people have such negative perceptions of law enforcement in Enid. Officers are not above the law, and there is no excuse for treating members of the public with such hostility and disrespect. I sincerely hope the Enid Police Department takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the way their officers interact with the community. **Do better. Be better.**

Was told not to say anything about it because it would hurt relationships with our security company and they wouldn't help us anymore. Another time I need OKC police. While doing security at an apartment complex I hear 5 gunshots go off near where I am. I see cops drive to the location, I try to wave them down where they were again ignored. Today I've had a homeless guy sleeping in front of our apartment door. Called for OKC to trespass him. Cop showed up, talked to him and let him stay. Astonishing work.

I let them know ahead of time that I was on Effexor and needed to take it at a certain time each…read moreday or I can go through withdrawal. Later I told them again and that it's one of the most dangerous withdrawals you can go through and they last longer. Laid on the holding cell floor for hours sweating and freezing. They asked me for a urine sample and asked if I was suicidal, I said no and after another handful of hours laid out on the floor begging for help someone finally came for me only to take me to the suicidal pod. They make you get naked and put on what they call a turtle suit. It's a heavy green garment they make you wear and they won't even give you a cup. The next morning they literally threw their brown bag special of stale muffin cake or cornbread. She hit me with it so hard the bag busted open. The next day a doctor came to evaluate us and I even mentioned to him that I need my Effexor. We told him we were not suicidal and he crossed out our faces. So for 3 or 4 days I was so sick and ignored. Finally got up to a cell and had my first arraignment only to demand my med. I started to get the hang of things only to be attacked in my cell. A homeless tweaker that had already attacked someone else by kicking her in the face and biting on her.She tried to come at me earlier in the day but that evening she punched me in the side of the head and forehead about 5 or 6 times. I was able to get in a sitting position where she proceeded to punch me in the back of the head another 10 times. My forehead hit the floor, busted open and she gave me whiplash from pulling my hair back. Blood was everywhere and she wasn't going to stop till they came in. All they offered to do was take xrays that I never got the results from and not once did I hear an xray machine make a noise. I ended up in a single cell because I had a violation a few days prior but wouldn't tell me what that was about. My eye immediately started to swell and blacken. It was spreading instead of getting better. I've learned a few things in life and I knew it was blood pooling. It's an indication of head trauma and a possible TBI. I filled out a sick form because I was concerned with having headaches as well. I still have double vision. Nobody ever came to check on me. I was there almost a month and they couldn't even get my asthma meds right. I didn't mind the single cell because I was safe. Took them 4 days to put me in the striped outfit and still couldn't tell me about the first violation. They act like they are running a prison and we all have killed someone. I hope 90% of the staff does not get transferred to the new jail because in no time it will end up just like the old one. There was a guard that accidentally spilled a few trays and that food was on the floor for 4 days. Absolutely disgusting and they hire the most worthless people I have ever seen!
