Maybe someday, the dhs workers WILL ACTUALLY keep ,the loving families together...instead of devastating and destroying those families, splitting up whole families, through private adoptions, failure to throughly investigate , lack of timeand/or empathy for putting in the effort for each case,underqualified to impact multiple lives in such permanency, lack of accountability for their own actions while casting biased judgment, lack of knowledge about their own policies and procedures for their job, absolutely no schooling or degrees are necssary before or during their careers begin, and the lack of having an another separate agency to keep each case fair and for a 'balance of power' in check, ....
