It's meant to be enclosed by private property that has tall grass. I personally feel more comfortable with my dog being fenced in on the off chance he sees or hears something and bolts. But my dog isn't under 20 lbs so that's a bummer. I suppose if no smaller pups are using it, that we could play in there until another pup comes.

Really? There was so much poop in the park I spent the whole time looking at my feet trying not to step in anything, so I didn't talk to anyone and can't comment on the cliental.
