Before I left the salon, I noticed my hair turned reddish brown at the places the color had been applied and I didn't know there could be a reaction b/c I hadn't done QiQi before (only keratin and they recommend having a couple weeks in between color and keratin). The stylist actually did a nice job with the QiQi and I was pleased with the results, but she said she didn't know either that there could be a color reaction. I was gonna let it go thinking it's not the end of the world but she offered to re-do my color back to black for no extra charge and would contact me to schedule a time in the next 1-2 weeks. We messaged back and forth a couple of times and I even left a message for the salon with no follow-up or call back. Finally, I ended up going back to my other hair salon and paying another $100 to have my roots touched up so needless to say I was pretty frustrated. Like I said, my stylist was nice and I was pleased with the QiQi treatment but the communication that followed was discouraging from both her and the salon to try and find a reasonable solution. I hate leaving negative reviews but I tried to resolve this by phone but got no response.
