I had never worked with her before but I sat down in her chair and felt like family. She is an EXPERT, and curled and styled my hair into exactly what I wanted. Getting my hair to hold a curl (it's heavy) takes a lot of skill and patience- Elena brought her A-Game. After talking to others about my experience I quickly came to realized she did not perform my wax correctly. I believe due to her leaving the wax for me to have to remove it myself, caused an infection and I had to take medical actions to resolve it.
