I requested a woman technician because I've been here once before (male technician) with a poor experience but wanted to try this shop again. They did not even start on my nails until 6:50 and they were not that busy. Second, at 6:50 - a male technician came over to start my pedicure. My toe polish ended up being ok but it was the worst pedicure experience - no massage, rude technician, no respect for time. Third, ADA did my nails and was very rude, did not file my nails down, continued to say my nails were too short, and ultimately left my nails looking SO THICK AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally told her to STOP and that I would have to file and finish my nails at home because they were so incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE. My nail tech was falling asleep during the appointment. I had to tap him on the arm to make sure he was alright as he was trying to buff my nails in mid air. The quality of my nails were not great. I got a full set of acrylics and currently they are lifting similar to what i've had happen with press on nails - something I have NEVER had happen with salon applied nails. The shaping of my nails was not consistent across fingers and polish application was lacking in quality. You can see through my polish on all fingers (I specified I did not want to see through the nail, had reference photos and even requested an additional layer). I had the same tech both times so I am not sure what happened. I would return here to give them another shot but would decline getting my nails done again by Charlie.
