Simply change your fryer oil frequently and you'll get crisp, delicious fries - like Misty's! My cup of chili contained elbow pasta but lacked salt in my opinion. My table shaker fixed that and I enjoyed the small sample of their homemade chili. Our server, Harmony, was prompt, well trained, friendly and attentive. There are some tables out front and two different seating areas inside (it's bigger than it looks). All the cooking is done behind the counter, where you can see it all happening. The regular pancakes were good, but not fluffy enough to be "excellent". A very nice place for breakfast, and somewhere we would return to.
