Simply put there is no need to consider taking your care anywhere else. If you are looking for…read morehonesty, you have the right place. Mr. Craig Johnson will work until he is assured he has made the right diagnosis and you will be 100% satisfied. Was having trouble with 2017 Sienna. Took it to the Toyota dealership was told I needed a new transmission. Without hesitation I took it to Johnson's transmission. They properly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. No new transmission was required. Thank goodness there are still honest people around who are not selling a job just because of the $$$ they will make. Honesty, integrity and reliability are all part of Johnson's transmission. You may need to wait for the finished product but it is worth the wait.

Johnson's Transmission & Auto is truly a lifesaver…read more On my way back from visiting family in Wilmington, the oil pressure light in my Lexus RX350 came on. I stopped on the exit to check the oil levels and hopefully add a little oil in order to get back on the road, but the engine was making a loud ticking noise. There was smoke coming from the engine bay and oil sprayed all the way up the back window of the car. That's when I decided that it was best to leave it there and have it towed to the nearest automotive shop. Thankfully, JT&AS was no more than 7 miles away from where I was stranded. Not only was I in the right place at the right time, but JT&AS is a shop that I'll begin going to regardless of the other shops that are closer to my home in Raleigh. The service was impeccable. Honest, timely and thorough are only a few ways to describe JT&AS. If you're ever in the area, or better yet, just make the drive to go to JT&AS because you won't be disappointed. More Success, Rasheed
