Since I ship packages pretty often, having all three options in one place is extremely convenient and saves me from having to visit multiple stores. When we went in, I quickly realized that they don't accept UPS QR codes--they only accept QR codes for FedEx and USPS. I wish I had known that ahead of time, but it's definitely good to know for future visits. The process with a QR code was also a little slower because they have to print the label on their printer in the main lobby area and then tape it onto the package. Overall, the experience was a little slower than going to a standalone shipping location, but I really like the convenience of having UPS, USPS, and FedEx all in one place. I would definitely go back, especially when I have multiple packages to ship! They also have any/all packaging supplies you will need.

I've been here a few times now and overall, I've had good experiences. I really like the…read moreconvenience of being able to use one place for UPS and USPS. We were told they accept USPS barcodes/QR codes, just not UPS ones, and we've come in several times with USPS QR codes and they've scanned them, printed the labels, and sent us on our way without any issues. Today was a little different because there was a new associate and they had a sticker label machine, which I actually think is much easier and more convenient. The only issue was that the machine ran out of paper for one of the labels, so he had to manually enter it since he couldn't reprint it. One of my other QR codes also wasn't scanning, so that label had to be printed instead of using the sticker machine. I was charged $.53 for the printed labels, which obviously isn't a big deal and I paid it without an issue. I was just a little confused because before they had the sticker machine, they were printing the labels for us and I was never charged. I asked how I would know ahead of time which QR code would get a sticker and which one would require a printed label, and I was told it just depends on how it scans. That seems a little strange to me and could definitely use some clarification so customers know what to expect. Overall, I still like coming here because it's convenient and I've had good experiences the other times I've gone. I just think the labeling/printing process and the fees could be explained a little more clearly.

The copy center can do just about anything, and the woman, I wish I had gotten her name, was really patient with me. They now have an IT department and as I write this on my newly cleaned up laptop, I cannot help but grin with joy! I have met 2 techs, Christian and George. It is so refreshing to not be treated like an idiot, even though I freely admit I can be when it comes to computers. No muss, no fuss. Just really nice, competent guys who get the job done right and really quick. I actually got a call from them when my computer was ready, where at other IT stores, I had to call every few days. I was so confident with the work, I brought in another crashed computer, the home one which is due back today. While I am not happy with the $250 fee to recover the lost files, I am excited at the prospect that I might get those file back. I have also shopped for networking equipment and got exactly the help I needed, which was expert help that I didn't need to purchase anything! All around great store, in every department. Really clean, well organized and great selection and value. Parking can be a bear, there is a large lot but next to Marketbasket I guess the bright side is you can get in a quick walk,

I had a terrible experience at Staples in Bellingham. When I arrived, I needed to have thank you…read morecards printed for my clients. I met a friendly Asian woman in the print marketing service department who tried to assist me but was having difficulty with fitting my business logo onto the card. After about half an hour, I told her I needed to leave because I had a business appointment, and she understood my concerns. She called over an employee named Abby Damon to help her. Abby was very rude to her, responding with, "figure it out." At first, I thought Abby was just being typical of their culture, where employees sometimes playfully tease each other. However, when she continued to be rude whenever the woman asked for help, I realized something was seriously wrong. As the Asian woman went to the cutting machine to cut the cards, I followed to ensure they came out exactly as I wanted. I noticed that Abby was bullying her by her tone of voice, and she saw I was close enough to hear. Abby then told me to "go back off a little bit and wait," which I did. I told her that her tone was unacceptable because she was being rude to me at the customer service counter. The sad part is that, when I expressed my frustration and told her I didn't like her rude behavior towards me and the Asian woman asking for help, the Asian woman started to cry because she knew she was being bullied but was too scared to speak up. I had to comfort the Asian lady and let her know that her actions were okay, and I wasn't upset with her. I was more upset with Abby for how she treated both of us and for how she spoke to me as a client. I asked both of them to stop my transaction and politely asked Abby for her name. She told me flat out NO, and I explained that I was a Staples customer. It is my right to have the name of the employees that I interact with, and she refused to give it to me, and then I proceed and asked to speak to a supervisor and then the supervisor asked me what happened. I explained it to him and told him I was in a hurry. I need her name so I can write my complaint when I have time. He offered to sit down with me to discuss it further, and I told him I had an appointment I was about to miss. I don't have time to sit down with him, but I will write my review on social media, Yelp, Google, and Staples' website. This is why I'm here. I think it's very important because having an employee bully another employee is unacceptable to witness as a customer. I hope that my concern is being taken care of very serious and investigation is open in this matter.

If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building.
