Will be back. Great value. Clean, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Obviously an awesome bathroom with own hot spring-fed tub. Easy check in. Friendly hosts. Easy check out. Very private and intimate atmosphere.

Hotel with hot spring tub included. The rate for 3 days and 2 nights was just over $500 after tax. It is a small hotel so rooms get booked quickly. Very comfy bed, hot tub fits 4 comfortably, so very spacious. Each room has a theme, we stayed in the Wonder Woman suite. Very clean location, very well taken cared of.

Very unique place to stay. It is important to understand/read their policies. Each room has a different theme. We loved the Wonder Woman room. Many nice details in the room; a good mix of modern and classic. Easy walk to Broadway and then up to Main streets. TorC, like many small towns, is slowly recovering from the pandemic and lots of the shops have limited hours. Well worth the trip with easy soaking and relaxing and friendly people.

Perfect getaway for some self care. The Wonder Woman room was so fun! Clean spaces, friendly and responsive customer service, and cool vibes. Note that the reservation process is a little different with a second step process of you having to upload your info- but it was smooth and I had no issues. Note that during the week, restaurants in T&C close early and so make sure you grab dinner early. Looking forward to a future trip!

Yes, the booking process is a bit tedious but I would 100% book here again. We stayed in the Golden Girls room, frankly it's bigger than my San Francisco apartment. It is spacious and the muted soft yellow color gave it a relaxing charm. Pros: AC worked great The spring fed bathtub was huge! The tub had stirs and a handrail It was great having a kitchenette with a real freezer Private backyard with entrances from the bathroom and kitchenette. Entrance to our room from the community garden and the parking lot. Lots of windows Boris the cat was a sweetheart Lots of street parking Every window and door had screens Bathroom robes almost fit Fatty friendly bathroom They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash Staff was friendly Potential Cons (we went in the middle of the week and did not experience any cons) Small parking lot, no room guest designated parking Tub can be slick, careful when getting in and out of the tub

The hospitality of this place is amazing, the staff was beyond helpful and extremely nice. The Lone Ranger room was clean and beautifully decorated, we LOVED the person outside hotspring. I love that bc of our own mistakes the staff wanted to make it right. We unfortunately ran out of time if not we would have taken them up on their officer, I cannot wait to go back! I would 100% recommend this place. I refuse to go to any of the other locations. This place takes the cake!

This place has been on our bucket list forever! We were thrilled to finally stop in and check it out. We made a reservation online for the Wet Room with ease and arrived early to check out the place. There was ample parking and the grounds were beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and we were thrilled to find that they provided towels when many places nearby rent them. They also have complimentary water from the jug and bottles for sale. Let me tell you: the Wet Room is AMAZING! The hot spring in the ground is so comfortable and the waterfall is a very nice temperature. There is a sauna type room where you can stand or sit and enjoy the hot spring water piped in from the ceiling of the room. The room also has a large shower with spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You also get your own private sitting room as well. The windows in the Wet Room also open to let in the cool breeze. It was one of the most relaxing hot spring experiences we've ever had!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here in January and stayed in the Jetson room.. The manager Felíz was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel welcome. We decided to come back in March, during the week, to celebrate our anniversary. The only room available was the Twilight Zone, which stated it had a new king bed instead of the murphy bed, so we elected to reserve it. Upon arrival, we noticed the bed was hard and sunken at both sleeping areas on the bed. Not wanting to be a bother, we chose to try it anyway. Well, needless to say, it was horrible. I did not sleep at all. We had already booked several outdoor soaks since this room only has a hot spring shower. After our morning soak and breakfast, I talked to Matt and let him know our issue. I asked if we could move to another room for our second night, but they were fully booked. He said he would get back to me shortly. My husband and I drove around and explored the area. Just a note: if you come to T or C early in the week, there are very few options for food, so you may want to pack some. After not hearing back from Matt, I called the office and spoke to a nice young lady who said she would find an answer and call me back. She did! She let me know that Babaloo was available if we wanted. I asked to look at it, and she complied. When I walked out to the common area, she was with a male who identified himself as the owner. I mentioned our problem, and he was curt and rude, saying he knew what was in the room because he had purchased it himself. He then stated perhaps I was not accustomed to a nice bed and wouldn't know the difference. We looked at the other offered room, but we declined it because it was not a better option. He then abruptly told us he would refund our money so we could go stay at the Holiday Inn!!!! What an a$$! No need, bucko, we won't be back.

Let me start from curb appeal. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Check in was different due to covid but nothing unbearable. We didn't know what to expect from the room because of the many themes but we ended up staying in the "Superman Room". The theme was not over bearing and it was comfortable and very elegant, clean and all the amenities were what we expected. We had 2 private soaks in the "Red Bath" which were very peaceful and private. We would most definitely come again. This place is in walking distance of the local grocery store called "Bullocks" and the "T or C Brewery" is literally across the street. We will be returning next time we visit T or C!!!

The Blackstone is our home away from home; this is where we come to relax. We love the baths and friendly staff.

We did not use the common pool area but did soak in three of the different private spaces over four visits. Each was very nice. There are two different styles of private pools here, the classics which run hotter and are a little shallower than the newer pools which they call their deluxe pools. The deluxe pools are to the left and classics to the right. The entire area is a whisper zone, so quiet and tranquil is the feel and vibe here. A guide meets you at the gazebo outside the gated area a few minutes before your session starts to check you in, let you in and point you in the right direction. All private soaking areas are named and numbered on their door front. The soaking areas are very clean, private and nicely appointed with a pair of loungers, a table of some sorts, overhead cool misters, a cold water bucket shower overhead on each pool, towel and clothes hooks and a wall clock to keep you on time, and intercom with the office. Went both during the day and the end at sunset, each offers its own experience. It seems to be quieter during the early hours, than the evening. Sessions are 50 minutes and they are prompt to get you in on time so you can enjoy your full time soaking. About five minutes before your session ends they notify you over the intercom that your time is ending so you do not run over time and allow them time to prep the space for the next people soaking. Definitely worth your time. 4.5 Stars - rounded up for the kind staff and unique spot on the river. 01322

I had made the reservations about 3 weeks before. As with the last time I booked, I was very surprised that it wastn closer to sold out already. We have been to a few different hot springs some have been pretty cool, literally. The last one was outside Fairbanks Alaska in the winter. But one thing that is common at these spots is that they are communal pools. There tends to be a creeper now and then. But Riverbend has private pools, facing the Rio Grande. So this time I made note of the temps of each individual pool on the website, and got us the hottest one. It was perfect. It really does have pools that drop off right into the Rio. It was close to dusk and the river was flowing past the long shadows in front of us. The hour of relaxation flew by. It is the best we have been to. I am sorta happy that they arent so known as to be overbooked. Because we will be back again next time we are in the area.

We stayed for one blissful evening which felt at least one night too short. The property is rustic lodgy chic with a an earthy but posh vibe. Yeah, that feels a bit contradictory but it's truly not. The staff... warm, welcoming and gold standard. And that's 24 karat, not 14. Matthew has such a lovely smile, you feel immediately at home. From checkin to checkout everyone we encountered was aces. The room... very comfortable, loved the wooden furniture and the bed was heavenly. The 30 minute mineral soak (included) ... wow. Within minutes it provided a soothing calm and a hard reboot on stress levels so do NOT skip it! Breakfast the next morning is stated as continental but it felt far from that with the breakfast burrito bar, fresh baked goods, fruit, oats along with a menu of available unique espresso drinks. Stephen/Khrys took great care of us and the rest of the breakfast crowd. Sierra Grande is right off the main little downtown drag that has lots of little galleries and shops... and a nice local brewery. If you ever find yourself in or around this area THIS is the spot to treat yourself to a stay.
