I got there at about 4pm and some of vendors like the Lumpia or GOI Thai Express was not ready yet. I was looking forward to trying some of the $5 tasting menu but, I realized that the portions were small so I bought some of the regular orders as well... $5 TASTING MENU: 8/10 My favorite tasting menu was from the Mediterranean vendor called Flavor Fire which had 2 CHICKEN SKEWER, hummus with rice pilaf and an orchid flower. I also got the $5 Lumpia which has about 5 mini lumpias... GOI THAI EXPRESS: 7/10 Waited in line for 30 plus minutes and got the Brisket with truffled fried rice and curry puffs. The CURRY PUFFS were tiny and not tasty. However, the BRISKET with TRUFFLED FRIED RICE was FIRE!!!! That was worth the wait... I would recommend coming at 4:30pm as some of the popular vendors like GOI THAI EXPRESS and the LUMPIA vendors were not ready yet. The festival was set to start from 3:00pm-8pm... PARKING: PLENTY of parking Both on the dirt and the concrete!! AMBIANCE: 10/10 This was a great experience and I hope they will have it every year! It is by far the most impressive FOOD FAIR because it's not as crowded as the LA or OC fair and it's the most organized and CLEANEST FOOD FESTIVAL I've ever seen! Bravo!! Town Square Park (also known as Hunt Field) in Murrieta is really two parks in one -- and both…read moreserve different purposes depending on what you're looking for. On the south side near the corner of Plum and Juniper, there's a smaller grassy park area with lots of beautiful shade trees and about 5-6 picnic tables. It's quiet, peaceful, and perfect for lunch, relaxing, or small gatherings. There's no playground equipment here -- just open grass and shade -- which makes it great for older kids or adults wanting a calm space. One thing to note: it's not enclosed or gated, so if you have little ones who like to wander, you'll want to keep a close eye on them. The other half of the park is Hunt Field, home to three baseball fields regularly used by Murrieta National Little League. There's one Juniors-sized field and two smaller T-Ball/little kid fields. The fields are very well maintained -- you can tell there's an ongoing battle with gophers, but the city and league do a solid job staying on top of it and filling holes quickly. There are two porta-potties near the main field closest to Juniper (though currently no ADA-accessible unit -- something I've asked the city to consider adding). On game nights or Saturdays when there are official games (not just practices), the snack bar is sometimes open, which is a nice bonus. Shade is limited around the baseball fields, and while there are small bleacher sections at each field, bringing your own chair is a smart move for comfort. Parking is pretty convenient -- street parking is available, there's a smaller lot off Juniper with a few handicap spaces, and a much larger lot in the back accessible from Plum Street or Adams Avenue. Bonus tip: If the Community Center is open, you can use the indoor restrooms instead of the porta-potties. Overall, it's a great community park and a central hub for local youth baseball. Whether you're there for a quiet lunch under the trees or cheering on a Little League game, it's a solid Murrieta staple.

The fields are always well kept and managed properly; even the bathrooms are pretty clean. Being a sports themed park, it tends to get busy when multiple sports are going at one time. In addition, there are only 2 entrances to the park, which causes a lot of congestion. Overall, it's a nice park but I wouldn't consider having a birthday party or some other type of function that didn't include organized sports here.

Even a couple of areas to shoot some hoops. Bathrooms are well maintained and overall the lawns are great not having to deal with gopher holes or anything that's a hazard very often. It's late afternoon here during soccer and baseball season, it is a literal madhouse trying to find parking. So give yourself plenty of time to drive the loop or look for places to park. Lots of room here for family picnics and get togethers as well.

There was a gazebo that provided shade. And a water fountain that had cold water. There was a large monument called " They passed this way," that listed the names of pioneers and people that are important in the history of Temecula I had a Great visit here .I didn't see any picnic tables but I did spot a family sitting at the gazebo having a picnic with plates on their laps. This was the closest place that I could find to go for a walk. I saw many doggies here, which was really lovely. I always enjoy seeing doggies. :) I found parking in the neighborhood next to the park. Pretty easy. There's no restrooms here. It's just a nice neighborhood park. I enjoy walking through the tunnels. I was scared at first, but it was actually okay. Haha

They closed the water area every 30 min to allow the next group of people in line in. But before they did that the lifeguards wiped down all areas of the play structures. It was a process but nonetheless the kiddos had a great time. Luckily, I had extra clothes for the grandkids to change out of, otherwise we would have to play in the dry playground while hearing and seeing the kids enjoy the Splash Pad. The playground has their rules and regulation posted on the gates. The restrooms are just outside of the play area, so very convenient. There is nice green grass in some areas and some picnic tables and stationary benches. I believe on of the rules is that you cannot set up canopy's, but I did see people set up a couple. I don't know if they have someone police the area if people are abiding by the rules. It wasn't a bother to anyone but I'm sure there is a reason for having that rule. The play area is nicely padded. The play equipment is nicely spread out where you could really view your littles as they run free with your close eye on them. There are different areas with equipment that is age appropriate. For sure I would return. Plenty of parking, it is clean and the grandkids and I love it here!

The map on All Trails was not accurate to the map that was posted at each trail entrance which was odd, so we got stomped a few times. All in all, a nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors, lots of dogs being walked through with a cute playground as well.
