Someone here really needs to investigate into their workers. I have sent a few different things…read morehere in the past. There had been 4 notable occasions. 2 of them, they were scanned in when I dropped them off, but it didn't go anywhere after that. 2 other occasions, the package arrived to the destination with an empty box. That means someone opened my package, took out the item, & shipped an empty box. This is unacceptable & never has this happened before at any other UPS. It's a violation & I am out $$ due to them. I now have to drive out of the way just to ship something out & avoid this place. If I were you, I'd do the same!
