They were ok with me leaving the boxes there which they usually don't do. I was appreciative for that. When I was ready to pay, the GM was great with helping me lift the boxes to weigh them and get the prices together. I appreciated them working with me. HORROR!! From beginning to end, to get an appt is ridiculous and once you are there, you don't get…read moreseen by the person you made an appt with. Also waited 2 hours after my appt time. Submitted my taxes in January and my tax refund has been frozen since March. The office wipes their hands clean and say they can't do anything for you. Office staff is rude, only speak Spanish and give you smart remarks as well. If you don't want any trouble with the IRS stay away from this entire company. UPDATE: finally spoke to someone from the IRS. My taxes have been frozen since march with no explanation except for a letter saying that my taxes were under review. CR Multiservice agent, worker, employee who did my taxes put my husband as if he owned a company and added multiple deductions. We do not own a company. He put that the company made for example $120K and that is LOSSES "the company" had $80K, so "the company" made $40K which is unrealistic for any company to operate. They also checked marked that we qualify for earned income credit, which is not applicable. All of these flaws flagged the IRS to review our taxes for FRAUD! I ended up doing an amended tax return with a different company in hopes that all my troubles caused by this company is resolved. I also have spoken to multiple individuals that have used this company, they have reviewed their taxes and have noted the same thing, with one of them having to return $70K back to the IRS after being audited. Large tax refund is unrealistic and not worth any trouble with the IRS.

Their service however, was good with quick turn around time. I needed a birth certificate to be translated from Spanish to English and they did it within 24hrs, and it was notarized. Which is a plus!
