I genuinely don't know how this place has managed to stay in business other than pure luck or people having extremely low standards. From the moment I arrived, the energy was off--like everyone working there was annoyed that customers exist at all. The staff acted like basic questions were a personal attack. No warmth, no professionalism, just straight-up attitude. If eye-rolling were an Olympic sport, they'd be taking home gold. Customer service here seems to be more of a suggestion than an actual practice. The overall setup felt sloppy and unorganized, like no one bothered to think about the customer experience for even five seconds. Nothing felt welcoming, nothing felt worth the time or money. I left feeling frustrated, confused, and honestly a little embarrassed that I even stopped by. This place markets itself like it's something special, but in reality it's just overpriced mediocrity wrapped in arrogance. There are plenty of other farms and cattle operations that actually care about what they're doing and how they treat people--this is not one of them. Save yourself the headache.
