They say they have clean bathrooms. Saw this every weekend!

Do not go to this campground. The seasonal campers are thieves & rude & obnoxious. Save your money. No beach, filthy bathrooms. Very unprofessional & rude. No stars!!

Okay so I wanted to review as soon as I got here but I thought I should wait until the end of our stay to give this place a fair shake... My opinion just kept getting worse. I'll start from the beginning... My family arrived before I did. The cabin was in my name but apparently they were able to sign for it without me knowing, which was convenient but a little annoying. What if I didn't know them? Well anyways, my family said they asked about boat rentals because the website said boating and fishing. They were given a nasty response along the lines of a no. They were also told they were supposed to give a $250 deposit just in case anything happened while we were here. I was never made aware of this before hand. I finally arrived and the cabin is MUCH smaller in person. We got a six person cabin but let me give you some advice. A six person cabin is sufficient for maybe two-four adults and two small children. I was also told that the cabin was fully equipped with pots, pans and anything else we could need. This was not the case. There was not enough towels for us to shower and not much of kitchen utensils to speak of so bring your own. We also have centipedes really bad but I'll let that slide since we are "camping". The first day was very hot so we went to the "beach" with their 12ft by 12ft swimming area. We then headed to the pool and the water was like bath water, ew. The pool is very small also, the photos are deceiving. Their playground looks as though it hasn't been updated since the life 80's.. Along with everything else. The best parts about the whole weekend was the adult bingo(the red haired young lady was very nice) and the fact that it just so happens to be the fire departments yearly meet up so they had a huge Bon fire which was awesome. I was looking forward to a hayride which was advertised on the website but that didn't happen the whole weekend we stayed. So in conclusion, if you want to stay here still you have this to look forward to; sun, grass and warm dirty water. Not much else. I remember growing up camping at yogi bear and having things to do by the hour! Plus, a water slide, pools, three different playgrounds, boat rentals, put-put, an arcade and much more. This place is very disappointing and wasn't worth the drive from Indianapolis. P.S- staff: please cheer up and treat your renters with some respect.

Horrible place to stay - Unsafe, Unprofessional, and False Advertising…read more This was by far the worst vacation experience we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this place is poorly managed, falsely advertised, and completely unsafe--especially for families with children. We booked the 6-8 person cabin and paid additional fees for extra guests, but the cabin barely accommodated four people. We were a group of seven: two couples, one 6-year-old, two toddlers, and a small dog. The cabin only had two full beds and a couch, making the sleeping arrangements completely unreasonable. Over the phone, they told us golf carts were available but failed to mention we needed to reserve them in advance. By the time we arrived, they were fully booked, and we were left walking everywhere with three small children. To make matters worse, the cabin itself was damaged with nails sticking out--extremely dangerous for kids. We checked in on July 3rd. No one explained any rules verbally--just handed us a folder and keys. Later that evening, my husband lit a single firework to celebrate the Fourth of July. A staff member, Eric, stormed over yelling and threatening to kick us out. When my husband and brother-in-law calmly apologized, Eric aggressively escalated the situation and tried to start a fight--seemingly provoked by the fact that my brother-in-law is Middle Eastern. It felt like a clear case of racism and intimidation. The next day, my sister's small dog slipped off the leash for less than a minute before being immediately retrieved. Again, a woman from the office came yelling and threatening to evict us. Then, while walking to the beach with our children, several drunk teenagers came speeding down the road in golf carts. They were driving recklessly and nearly ran over my son and me. Not only was there no supervision, but the staff did nothing to control the chaos. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable. After that, we stayed inside the cabin for the rest of our stay just to feel safe. This place is a complete disaster. It's unsafe, the staff is hostile and unprofessional, and the amenities are nothing like what's advertised. If you're thinking about staying here--especially with kids--do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

I like it here, a lot of its stuff is included. u don't have to pay for the pool or tennis court…read moreand other cool things. but there's no WiFi so cellular data and hotspot are ur bsfs. but overall, I like it here
