Service Service Service. I went for my first full service on my new to me Road Glide Ultra. Not really a big deal right for most, but today was different. Why was it different? It was different because I decided to wait for my bike for 5 hrs. What did I learn. I learned that the service department really does care about your service to your bike from the staff Jessica and the New kid whose name I can't remember. We will refer to him as The Kid ! When something came up Jess would come up and tell me something was up, and would clearly explain why and what should be done with no sugar coating which I love. I felt like I was part of the family of cool like minded people who cared about me and me getting home always. What else did I learn after being in service for 5 hrs. I learned that some of you entitled Harley Owners treat people like crap on the Phone when I'm seeing your affect of your profanity on the phone is doing to good people who what you to be on the road as fast as possible. So let's put this out there in Capital Letters. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE CRAP !!! IF THIS WAS MY DEALERSHIP!!! IT WOULD BE OUR STORES POLICY THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BIKE TO A BACKYARD MECHANIC & NEVER BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE HERE EVER AGAIN PERIOD. Congratulations to the service department for being true professional. I watch The Kid take it from 3 phone calls. He Handle you all like a champ but that doesn't mean you didn't affect his day. To Jess who is like a Rock and brought The Kid back to life by just saying the right words to her coworker. That's a true leader ! This review is about service and about us the customer. I bought my 21 street glide from Blackbridge had a real hard time trying to get hold of them and their communication was terrible I would call multiple times and not one person would pick up I even tried to call every department and nothing so I eventually got the bike and then my dad bought a 2022 trike and he had the same problems I think the one day we spent almost 6 hours out there just to try and get the sale done. And then I took my bike in for the second oil change it only had 4000 km on it and I keep my bike clean as a whistle so when I took it there for a oil change I got it back with handprints all over it which is no big deal I'll just clean them off but when I got home I noticed oil dripping in my garage floor and when I checked it out they didn't wipe none of the oil off when they remove the oil filter so all the oil ran down the front of my engine all over my wiring connecters so far $128 oil change I would expect to at least it not to be dripping oil all over the place and all over my garage floor when I bring it back never going back there again which is a shame because the service manager there is really nice. It's pretty sad when your family spends almost $100,000 there on toys and you get treated like this . I went there with my bike an Ultra Classic 2007 that was clean to the nines , I was looking at a 2013 roadglide that looked like it was stored in a cave. I put my offer out and the sales fellow said , yes that's in the ballpark after he disappeared for a bit he came back with his offer that had 1000.00 more added to the purchase price. I was gonna look for a mirror to make sure I had no writing or dunce cap on my head. Following day I went to Rockies a got a 12 Roadglide , beautiful bike. No more Blackridge HD for me even if they are giving stuff away. The drive to London is well worth it. read more

I wish i could give them 0 but its inpossible Johnaton unswere my email required by the bike he had and I also told him I would like to trade in my bike I told him I have an offer in Toronto for 13500 he asked me for pictures off my bike I send it to him you replied to me was talking to a manager and my bike looks very nice and it's an excellent shape and he doesn't see any problems for me to get 13500 reassure me the rest of the deal will be done when you come down so on the snow stormy day today I decide to go and complete the deal when he asked me to come to his office he already had figures on his computer and instead of giving me 13500 for my bike he insult me with $10,000 offer my bike is a price of $35,000 2009 fatboy custom i spend over 20000 on it comes with safty new tires barkes stereo its over 3000 to many thinks to list and in their showroom they have a 2004 bike for for 11900 so if you want to go to Cambridge Harley and be insulted by all means my experience with that dealership was very poor you don't waste my time two hours drive to drive to your place just to discover you're not going to give me what you said you will I put that very clearly in the emails when we chat so my experience with. Dealership is very poor and very insulting on the emails they were just trying to lure me in and it took me two hours to get there and that Stormy Weather to hear from the sales guy if you have an offer 13,500 you should take it why would you bring me in then why would you waste my time I ask you straight out right up front I'll never ever step in the dealership again there is better than dealerships that.
