Absolutely love my new apartment and can't thank HB Roswell enough for their professionalism and dedication. read more

I lived in Quantum for 1 year and I enjoyed it up until the last month of my contract. I give this property 1 star because of the real estate company, HB ROSWELL, which handles the sales and leasing of these units. I was paying $2,100/mo. On time for unit 2908. HB Roswell was very gracious during the leasing process but incredibly unprofessional and hostile during my departure. Their contract forces tenants to allow their agent to show the property to future tenants while you are still inhabiting it and paying top dollar. You do not have an option to consent to this inconvenience and breach of privacy. Despite my certified medical reasons for not being able to comply with this term, their real estate agent, Nicole, harassed me continuously for 1 month. She even tried contacting my mother! I had to threaten to call the police and file a harassment complaint in order for her to leave me in peace. I left the apartment in perfect condition and they insist on absorbing my $2,100 deposit which my family could use right now since we are Hurricane Maria Survivors in Puerto Rico and our home is severally damaged. I reached out to the managing director of the agency, Sep, and he was incredibly unsympathetic and agreed with the treatment I received. If you are seeking a beautiful high rise apartment, Quantum is an excellent option, but HB ROSWELL is a despicable gate keeper who operates like the mafia. read more

Jessica Turner was absolutely amazing to work with. She was able to find exactly the type of properties I wanted to see, helped me narrow my search, quickly responded to all of my questions--no matter how naive--and never tried to pressure me, letting me move at my own pace. Looking for an apartment at a reasonable price can be a real pain. Thanks to Vera of HB Roswell, this process went smooth as butter. I worked with Shelley Liao and, with the right balance of kindness and assertiveness, she is truly the best! I had to sell my property and buy a new home, and she kept me on track so that the 2 transactions were within a week of each other, which is what I was looking for. After the inspection of the property I was buying, I found out that it would be very hard to find home owners' insurance because the electrical and the plumbing were not up to code. Shelley was able to do some serious research and she was able to get me some competitive quotes for good insurance on the house. There were many obstacles along the way but she was always a text message away, and stayed on top of everything. I felt like she was completely dedicated to my case and I highly recommend her for anyone's real estate needs!! read more

This is a review on Nicole Kasten, HB Roswell Realtor. When we decided to relocate to FL from NY, Nicole has been absolutely amazing in the process. She was very helpful in finding houses that fit our budget and expectations. We arranged 2 trips down to Miami, each time we only had 2 days to look at potential houses. Nicole was very professional and understood our time limitations and created an itinerary where we managed to see close to 25 houses. She was prompt and punctual, and went above and beyond our expectations. She kept us focused and understood what we were looking for in a house. She showed us around in various neighborhoods and she gave us a great understanding of a city that we knew nothing of. With Nicole's expertise we were able to narrow down the contenders in just 2 visits. She helped us through the entire purchase process and was always available to us when we needed to talk to her. While we were moving down to FL our bank process got held up by a month and we found ourselves in between 2 homes. Nicole was incredible, and helped us arrange an interim rental for just one month until our new house became available. By then she knew us enough to know what we liked, and without seeing the rental we trusted her choice blindly. The rental was fantastic, and she made a very stressful move relatively seamless. Nicole made so many "small gestures" that were completely unexpected, but made a huge difference for us. There's too many to write down, but the one that was the kindest and most unexpected was that she actually came to the airport to pick me and my baby (then 10 months old) up to go house hunting. She bore with me - a stressed out and sleep deprived mommy, my fussy and crabby baby, hauling around 2 baby bags, breastfeeding and changing diapers in between houses, folding and unfolding our stroller and car seat in and out of her car - with so much professionalism, patience and a smile. We are so grateful for Nicole to help us get our dream house, she is a great realtor and we highly recommend her. read more

HB Roswell Realty is a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly organization. My mother sold her house in record time using HB Roswell realty. We were ecstatic when the listing was sold, and the turn around when a response was needed was met. Helpful when assistance was needed, this was a plus when getting through this ordeal. Starting at the office staff to the Realtor used nothing but great things to say about HB Roswell Realty, must use it in Miami. read more

I initially had a lot of trouble finding both a property and a reliable realtor in Miami. I found Monica Uribe through Realtor.com. She responded to my message immediately, she is very active and always available to answer any question. I was impressed by her professionalism, punctuality and was very flexible with my scheduling. She kept me in the loop with the status of each step and was fast at communicating what was needed. Her punctuality and professionalism never wavered throughout the entire process. She was amazing and made this process (which I was dreading from past experiences) a breeze! read more

Sep is excellent as a realtor! He helped my partner and I to sell our condo in Miami Beach. He knows Miami Beach so well that he knows who the real buyers are. Sep was with us through the entire process, from the moment he helped us to make the unit ready for sale to the moment we signed the documents. And he was able to sell the unit in a very short time. He even looked at the fees charged by the title company and dispute the amounts to our favor. Also Cassandra and Shelley were very helpful, keeping us informed throughout the entire process, especially considering that we don't live in Florida anymore. They were very professional and patient. If in the future we decide to buy in Miami, for sure we will look for Sep! read more

Jose Uribe, from HB Rosewell Realty, was the most comforting and professional realtor. My boyfriend and I wanted to buy a home in Miami but we lived in Boston. Jose made the relocating process stress free and was beyond flexible with our trips to Miami. He took the time out to show us around our neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors which made us feel so much more relaxed with this big move in our lives. We ended up buying a house in Miami pretty quickly thanks to Jose. If we were to buy again, the first person we would contact is Jose. read more

We have worked with Sep for several years. When we moved from our condo to New York we wanted to rent it out and he helped us find the ideal tenant in a very quick amount of time. This year we decided it was time to sell it since we weren't moving back to Miami. We contacted Sep again and he immediately went to work for us. He met with the current tenant and coordinated the work that needed to be done to start showing it. We could not have done this without him! Once it was on the market with Sep's determination it was under contract within 45 days and closed within 90. To top that off after all was said and done we got it for above list thanks to Sep's negotiations! I absolutely recommend and have recommended Sep to others. If we are ever in that market again we will work with him to find the perfect spot for us. Thank you again Sep and HB Roswell Realty! read more

This review is addressed to Sep Niakan and his team, and specifically Stephanie who went above and beyond to show me and direct me to my humble abode. I worked with one of Sep's brokers, Shelley Liao from HBRoswell and she was excellent and professional! Shelley was extremely responsive, informative and helpful throughout the whole purchase process. As a first time home buyer, I was never left confused or lost. If I had any questions at any point, they were answered and if she didn't know, she was the one to reach out to the respective parties to find out the answer. I also went through this process from another state and everything was just as simple (if not more) as if I were in Miami. I am very thankful for such a smooth home buying process and that's because of Shelley! read more

We just purchased our new home in Hollywood, FL through Jose. I would recommend Jose Manuel Uribe to anyone buying or selling property in Miami and S. Florida. Jose is an expert, professional and aggressive when he needs to be. We were previously very frustrated with our prior realtor and the change to Jose made the experience painless and a pressure to work with . We felt so confident he was looking out for our best interests. He was also flexible with our schedules to see homes and was proactive in advising us at every step in the process. read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Shelley Liao from HB Roswell Realty. Shelley was not only knowledgeable about the area and extremely responsive, but she was also extremely patient, wonderful at negotiating with the other party, and best of all, she listened to what we wanted, what we needed, and did not hold back when it came to giving us advice so that we could find the best option for us. We had set our eyes on the home that we bought, and it was a transaction filled with tons of ups and downs. Shelley was always ready to help and assist with anything that we needed. She held our hand from the first showing until the day we closed on our property! The best part about Shelley is that she is easy to talk to and is very down to earth. We looked at properties that ranged very differently in price, and no matter the property we looked at, she displayed the same level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment. There is no doubt in our minds that for our next real estate transaction, she will be the first one we call! read more

Sep Niakan from HB Roswell Realty is a superb professional. First, he quickly helped getting my condo near the Adrienne Arsht Center rented. He accomplished this in days while a previous realtor failed in months. After this experience, I had no hesitation to call on Sep to sell the unit. Again, he succeeded in weeks while getting me a selling price above appraisal. He and his highly competent team made both experiences, renting and selling, a breeze. These experiences are unlike other real estate transactions I had in 30 years of owning homes. I can't say enough to express my appreciation for his help. He has my strongest recommendation as a realtor. read more
