Bocadillo's is light and airy with a tad of crunch. Boris informed us that the bread is made daily by a bakery and one of the best. They also serve a pureed roasted pepper sauce topped with Spanish olive oil (cold) for dipping your chips or sandwich in or simply eat as a cold soup. The desserts are just as amazing. Cheese cake and chocolate were top notch. If you are American and your Spanish is so-so, Boris can help you out. He speaks both languages fluently. He is so interesting and makes everything about Bocadillo that much more. He is very knowledgeable about the food they offer, how it is made, what it is made with and as far as the Champs he is full of knowledge as well. Prices are so reasonable as well.
