You can stop in for a tasting or sit down at a table for a glass or two. You can actually watch the winemakers make the wine as you sip your glass as the tanks are in the main room with the bar. It makes the whole process come together. They also have live music on some weekends and are available as a rental space. My mother is from Marceline, MO (another small town on Hwy 36). One take, after visiting my gma, we drove over to Macon to check out this winery. It was beautiful inside! The women who provided our wine tasting was very knowledgeable and could tell us about each wine as well as the history of the winery. I am a sweet wine person, so I enjoyed (and bought!)
