This peanut butter cookie + sugar cookie mix was 1,000/10!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh! They constantly changing their cookie flavor, so maybe you'll be able to catch this on rotation! I've had their black sesame and mint chip! You honestly can't go wrong with any flavor. Quick service! Grab and go! Walk across the street, past the resorts and to the beach to enjoy!
Great, super creamy ice cream and unique flavors like matcha tea and buttah cake (cream cheese ice cream with butter cake chunks). I was unsure why this place was only 3.5 stars, maybe because it's just a quick in and out set up (no formal seating) but it's great! Definitely come by for a quick and satisfying dessert.
Located in Koolina area (across of Aulani hotel). Small little parking lot to park in however you do need to pay for parking. Small little ice cream shop. Just be like us and go to the beach and then walk over later. Lots of unique flavors available.
Love this spot right across Aulani and four seasons. Always a great stop over when having a stay at either the fams. The times change so we went at the 3pm arrival. Love the waffle cone. Chocolate is the winner, the staff is friendly and fast so no worries. Don't forget to try the samples... you can't go wrong with anything here!!! Best view of the train!
Creamy, rich and real. My husband loved it. I thought it was a little too sweet, but good. Got 2 pints to bring home for my girls. I think we hit it at the right time as it wasn't too busy. Normally there is a line out the door. But on the other hand they were out Of flavors. No place to sit inside all outdoor seating that you share with other store and shops close by, and it gets busy. So you may be standing while you eat.
3.5 Stars This is an unassuming ice cream shop in the Ko'Olina area in a strip mall close by to the Aulani and Four Seasons. I love ice cream, so we gave this creamery a go. Staff was very friendly. The first thing I noticed was how low key and industrial-like the decor was-very minimalistic. Which is okay, except the ice cream selection was also minimal. There were only a handful of flavors and their names and descriptions were a bit confusing. We got samples and the girls helped us with descriptions. My flavor was a caramely vanilla (I forget the name), and was good, but the scoop was small. Hubby got their version Cookies and Cream. It should be called black lava rock because it is black! Darker and messier than any cookies and cream I've seen. It had the flavor of the well-loved Oreo, but it was a little intense for me when I tried it. And please don't get this one when wearing white. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nowhere near my favorite ice cream shop.
Great ice cream! unique flavors. would definitely come back!! This is the perfect stop to stop and get a sweet treat if you don't want to get dessert at your restaurant.
We came here with our crew of 15. It's a small place inside so we took up the whole joint. Service was on island time (we were in there for awhile). About 4 seats inside but there are tables/chairs outside for you to hang out. What we swallowed: *CREEP IT REAL: Cookies and cream. The color can be off putting but it was really good and creamy. No chunky cookie bits if that's what you're expecting. *COCONUT WITH CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS AND SALTED CARAMEL: This was so tasty and delicious. Great ice cream right in the Ko'Olina shopping area. Great place to cool off after moseying around shopping.
We stopped by here after eating at Monkeypod kitchen. I got the honeycomb and the honey flavor is subtle it doesn't hit you in the face with honey flavor which I like, and the employees were nice. The ambiance was ok. I think I'm giving it 3 stars because it wasn't bad, but I did feel a little underwhelmed. I think I was just expecting a little more, to be fair they had run out of a few things by the time we got there. So maybe showing up earlier in the day would've made things better.
The icecream had some unique flavors. We tried Joe Gets Nuts and Busta Coconut. I would get it again. The Creep it Reel and guilty of Strowberry was good too. The reviews said service wasn't really good, but we had excellent service. We couldn't decide what we wanted and she asked if we wanted to try it. She was patient as we ordered for five people and we didn't feel rushed. Ambiance was nice. There isn't much room to eat inside but there are tables with chairs outside. We will go there again and try more new flavors.
Honestly delicious! I was pleasantly surprised. The small Is pretty large in size. Service is very friendly as they allow you to have free samples of different flavors. I really enjoyed it and would definitely be back. They do not offer any vegan flavors.
Went in here while waiting for our table at Monkeypod, and I'm glad we did. We got the flight, which is perfect because we couldn't decide which flavor to get. We got the black sesame, cereal killer, spill the tea (earl grey), busta coconut, & wake&bake (coffee). All of them were so good! Couldn't decide on a favorite. Staff were all nice and accommodating. We'll definitely come back again when we stay in Aulani again
It's been a minute since I was able to throw Black Sheep Cream Co. a review. We frequent Ko'olina quite a bit, whether to bring my daughters to the beach or to stop by Monkeypod for dinner. This time around, we found ourselves bringing a family member to dinner and were craving ice cream after dinner. Fortunately, Black Sheep Cream Co. was there. Right off the bat, I want to express my gratitude to the owner for keeping the prices the same since my last review in 2022. The flavors, taste, and venue is comfortable to enjoy your dessert right in front of the business. There is plenty of chairs and umbrella shade. This is locally-owned and worth the try, especially if you're visiting. There recommended flavor is their Black Sesame flavor. I also really appreciate their Matcha flavor. read more
Epic fail. Smell of sewer underground drain is strong while standing in line outside. Ice cream melting quickly. I ordered one scoop Matcha Made In Heaven and one scoop Mochi Mama Brown Sugar Milk Tea Cream. Unable to see employee scoop the ice cream because it's away from customers' view. Barely tasted and couldn't see brown sugar. Definitely tasted pieces of white mochi and milk tea. Unfortunately, given two scoops of same flavor. By the time I discovered it, it's melting at the bottom because my Matcha Made In Heaven was supposed to be in the cup. My husband consumed his two scoops Guilty of Strobbery like there's no tomorrow. On top of that, if 15 min parking stalls are full, then must pay for parking in other half or across the street. Not sure if I will return to this location unless I'm walking across from one of the resorts. read more
Laid-back shop with a few seats dishing up quirky-flavored ice cream like cookie butter and black sesame. known for its unique twist on classic comfort food and delectable desserts. I got the Busta Coconut . They only had one person working so the service was a little bit slow but friendly. read more

Great ice cream for great prices! Very unique flavors but there is typically something for everyone. Creamy and delicious, they do let you sample flavors as well which is always awesome! Tables could always use a quick wipe down, especially the ones outdoor but I won't blame them for staying busy enough indoors that it's difficult to get outside and make sure things are clean when there is typically only one employee working. TIPS & TRICKS: * Park at Ko'Olina beaches across the street and take a nice walk over here, everything is within walking distance and it's fun to see the rest of the little shops. read more

I went here and got their rocky road chocolate ice cream with toasted marshmallows. They torch the mini marshmallows on top. Ice cream was yummy and totally hit the spot! read more

This ice cream was sooo yummy. We loved unicorn poop, matcha, and root beer floats! 5 stars! I'm not sure how they only have 3. Someone must have been mad because this is a cute gem and the quality is superb! Go here if you're in area :) read more
Ko'olina attracts all kinds of people - tourists, locals flocking to the beaches/lagoons and residents who live here, but most likely they are not the ones who frequent a place like Black Sheep Cream very often, well maybe the rich ones. One scoop was $5.25 without tax. It wasn't memorable like the other Black Sheep Cream location in Waipio (reviewed 2017) but maybe because times/ingredients have changed. The ever-so-present sign that says something to the effect that "It's a fact, women tip better than men" is here too...geeze. Pay your workers fair wages instead of begging for tips already! I felt guilty so I left a dollar tip, making two scoops of ice cream $12.00...ridiculous. I know the rent is nuts here but still, this place will only be for tourists with money. My honeydew ice cream was just OK, not as creamy as I thought it would be, kind of a "slimy" mouthfeel - can't describe it very well. Not worth the price. My son's birthday cake ice cream was TOO sweet. I can't believe he said that because he loves sweet everything. RETURN FACTOR: Only if you are paying. Otherwise, not really. read more

Three friends and I stopped in after dinner next door at MonkeyPod. It was about 45 minutes before closing. There are a few tables out front to enjoy your ice cream al fresco or with your pup. As we walked by the tables, I smelled the distinct, clean smell of my beloved-Fabuloso. I was IMPRESSED, thinking OMGosh do they have a Fabuloso mister system?!?!? Get a grip! Don't fan girl! Just be cool and ask about it inside. Once we opened the door, we were all overcome with the vapors...the Fabuloso vapors. The tile floor was soaking wet. Tons of black, walked on wet floor, shoe prints were all over. No wet floor signs. I'm not sure why they mopped the floor at that time, in that manner, or with that product-to-water ratio, but I am sure none of it was working. They were out of a few choices. I think I heard them say they were also out of cones. My friends all ordered a scoop or two of the available flavors. I passed. I just wasn't feeling the vibe in its entirety. It wasn't that appetizing to me. Overall, it's a convenient location. I wasn't feeling it, and none of my friends gushed over it. It's a Strong MEH for me. read more
Um, no thank you. I realize you have a captive audience. But charging $6 for one scoop of ice cream- that ice cream better be life changing. And your service better be Disney-esque. Neither is true. The flavor options are limited. I had banana cream, which had no taste at all for banana. It tasted like bland vanilla with soggy corn flakes. I want my money back for real. How can you ruin ice cream? My husband, ever the generous soul, said of his cereal killer, well, the texture is good. read more

12:55pm Saturday, they said they were closed due to the Train. Doors locked, so they wouldn't let us buy any ice cream, when we were looking forward to buying some. I guess they don't want to make any money. Island Country Markets in the back had ice cream in the freezer and gelato in the deli. read more
Black Sheep Cream located in beautiful Ko Olina Center and Ko Olina Station. The scenery is so breathtaking and peaceful. In the beginning of the mall on the corner you will find them. Seating available inside and tables and chairs with umbrellas outside. The menu is easy to read and although the menu is limited the limited choices are unbelievably witty and oh so delicious. The shop is incredibly chic and very clean. There is lots of parking, but make sure you read the parking signs. You will need a cell phone to pay for your parking or you could catch a ride on the Ewa train . The train will stop at Black Sheep Cream on Wednesdays at 1 pm, Saturdays 12 Noon and 3:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm. All aboard read more
I'm so happy we stopped here and timing is everything at this place!! If you see the train, run and get there before the mobs arrive! Yikes! We shared a double scoop $7.75 coconut and salted caramel. The BEST ice cream I've ever tasted. Most notably is the texture. Rich, smooth, creamy like you are eating fresh whipped cream. Ohhhh I'm in my happy place here. If you are on the train you better jump in line and wait. It's so worth it!! read more

We got ice cream here after having dinner at Monkeypod. It's right around the corner from the restaurant. I got the two scoops in a cup for $7.75. I love all their local flavors. I went with Buttah Cakes (cream cheese cream with homemade butter cake) and Mochi Mama (brown sugar milk tea cream with mochi). They were both good. I preferred Mochi Mama and the hubby liked Buttah Cakes better. The ice cream was on the sweeter side, but I don't eat sweets that often. read more

Love the ice cream here! Tons of different flavors to choose from and I believe they give out samples if you ask. Parking can be a bit tricky if it's a busy day, but service was fast! My partner and I didn't eat at the ice cream shop, but it was nice inside when we ordered! I think we got the black sesame shake and a honeydew/melon scoop! Both were delicious. Highly recommend going here after going to the beach! read more
After a pretty long day at the beach my crew was in need of some refreshing and yummy ice cream. I chose one of the more familiar cream combinations after trying out one other flavor. They were very generous with 1 scoop order. My daughter was craving chocolate but the closest to that was 'Creep It Real' Cookies and Cream. She was satisfied but was surprised by the color. I thought it was a cool grey color. There is very few high top seats inside but right outside the shop were tables and chairs. Very comfy seating. Would say this is high to moderate for ice cream but because it's in Ko Olina it makes sense for the high mark up. Overall, if it weren't for the price and the small selection of flavors it would have been a 5s. Since their 1 scoop helping is so big I would recommend they sell a Keiki/Child scoop. My daughter unfortunately could not finish it and had to waste it. My waistline couldn't pick up the ice cream eating slack. read more

I was so disappointed in this location. I love the Waipahu and Wahiawa because the ice cream there are really good and the service are always great at the other location. I wanted to take my friends to Black Sheep Cream because they never tried before. When I was ordering my ice cream, I notice the lady put a scoop in my cone and it looked melted and soft. I took a small lick and notice it was already MELTED. I ask the guy who was at the cash register if they have another vanilla that isn't melted. All he said was, "Sorry, it was left out for a while and it got melted." My thought process was, "Why would you serve something like this to customer when it's already melted?" VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WONT be coming to this location again. The people who work there should of known better when it comes to serving ice cream. Especially since the price for this was $6.25. read more

Is this location closed down? Went to Ko'olina tonight and wanted to pick up some Black Sheep, but the store was dark at 6:30pm.
When you went 6 months ago Hawaii was not fully open so maybe closed early. Their website also says "hours subjected to change please call first"
