BUYERS BEWARE.. I bought my first enclosed trailer from "Black River Outdoors" and at first I thought everything was great, all of the salesman were very nice and friendly. I picked out my trailer (Spartan Cargo) after driving 2 hours away, I immediately brought it home and parked it in my driveway.. It rained that night, and lo and behold the trailer is LEAKING right off the lot, I had not used the trailer at all, let alone install any E Tracks or shelving. I reached out to my salesman who couldn't really do much but refer me to the GM who also did nothing for me except basically tell me it's a warranty issue (when it's defective right off the lot, it is 100% a dealership issue seeing as how they are supposed to inspect the units before selling them, ESPECIALLY a leaking unit) So since they couldn't do anything for me I went through the manufacturer to have it fixed via warranty.. Well I ended up brining it in to the shop FOUR SEPARATE TIMES for the leak, and every time I brought it back home thinking it was fixed, it'd rain again and the water kept on pooling up inside the trailer, after having the trailer for over a month (for which 99% of the time it was in the shop) it still was not fixed nor resolved. Thankfully I did the RTO option because if I didn't I would have been married to this POS trailer that had more issues than the tech at Wheel-a-way in Edgewater (fantastic people, would recommend them to anybody) had ever seen before on a brand new trailer. So unfortunately when I first bought the trailer I paid $1000 down, and of course I didn't get that money back. Nor the time and money spent on gas going back and fourth to try and get this thing fixed, it was rusting out within the first couple days, water was leaking in though the side door, and the ramp doors. Eventually I got to the point where I decided to just surrender it over to the RTO company. I tried my best to be patient and polite with the GM and my salesman about potentially swapping it out for another unit or at least get my deposit back to no avail. I ended up going to ALL OUTDOORS in Bunnel and got a Alcom Stealth 7x16 all aluminum and my payments are half the price, for 10000X the trailer. Don't waste your time with this place if you don't want to be potentially scammed out of your hard earned money, I am a General Contractor and I NEEDED this enclosed for work, which I never got to use, so it also cost me loss of wages as well. Do yourself a favor and go to ALL OUTDOORS and save yourself the stress and frustration I have had to endure with this clown show of a dealership. read more
