Joshua explained everything clearly. The team at R&P plumbing and AC are professional, courteous, and efficient. If you are a repeat customer they wont ask for payment but instead will send the bill which helps because I just paid bills and school is starting back soon so this helped . I would highly reccomend any of the team for plumbing and AC work.

I also respected that they were wearing masks on the job, which I took as a courteous gesture on my behalf, as well as a sign of business professionalism. I plan to use them in the future for any other problems I have. Only reason I'm giving good instead of great is I've never seen one of their vehicles in town use a turn signal. Ever. That's petty I know, but come on guys! lol

I was given a quote to seal the seam around my pool...I asked the owner if they were familiar on how to do it and he said he had a guy that can do it. I was provided a quote I agreed to it and told him I like to have it done along with my patio floor. I was told three different dates on when they would come out...Finally they send a guy out on Monday. He came out around 10::30am spoke to me for an hour then around 11:30am he tells me he has to go get the materials. I'm thinking to myself why didn't you already have the materials. He came back that same day around 3:45pm. He did about an hours worth of work and managed to seal 24 inches of the seam out of 35 linear feet..said he would come back the next day. He never showed up...called Mr. Stalworth that day and told me he look into it. The next day i figured he send someone but no one came..no phone call... nothing. I contacted them and Mr. Stalworth said to me I have to look at his schedule. I said to him I should be on his schedule since he already started the work. Bottom line here is...they under bid the job and even though I was told they would still do the job regardless if they under bid it. They didn't finish the job and they really were never serious about taking care of the customer because I wasn't handing them a fist fall of dollars. Stay away from these hacks. They claim no job to big or small they can't handle. They proved they can't handle a job period.
