ZERO RECOMMEND! Most tattoo places are the same as this one... they all act put out by you and lazy. It's like they literally don't want to bounce ideas with you or do something even so simple. I wanted a vine on my ribs, long and thin, he told me I'd have to find something on Google basically. Which I did. And still, just hateful. Like, I'm trying to PAY YOU $500 probably. Also- prices are ridiculous, $115 for a wrist tattoo the size of a quarter. My kids were with me while my husband got his 30- second tattoo for $115. While in Gatlinburg I decided to go gets a nose piercing. I went into a tattoo shop and they highly recommended black orchid for piercings. Black orchid is located in pigeon forge. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely friendly. I filled out a form and paid and she had me take a seat. It was probably less than 5 minutes before I was called back. The guy who did my piercing was names Sal. He was super nice and friendly. He explained the procedure to me. The piercing was so quick and easy and he made sure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend black orchid for piercings and ask for Sal. My piercing was $45. A little bit more than what I expected but totally worth it. read more

I'm a tattoo enthusiast, local chick and have been looking for a great tattoo shop for some time now. A friend of mine recently had a tattoo done here and it turned out great, so I thought I would give them a try. Well, my experience was not what I had imagined. I walked in to get a consult for a neck tattoo, the girl at the front desk was very nice but the tattoo artist I spoke with put a really bad taste in my mouth. Not sure what his name is he had a mohawk, he explains to me how great my tattoo idea is but turned my business away bc, 1 he had to get ready for the season coming up and didn't have the time as it would require more then one sitting, 2 he had legal matters to take care of (what that has to do with giving someone a tattoo I will never know), and 3 he's lazy (his words not mine) WTF!? Buddy you just turned away great business, by that, I mean a repeat customer! Oh then he proceeded to tell me that no one around the area would want to do my tattoo. Was very excited to get matching wedding date tats on our honeymoon. Paid 85$ each and took about 10min per tattoo. My husband's looks great and he went first. Honesty I don't advise getting work done by Bruce Lee (co-owner and artist) Considering the fact that he denied my business because I had Hepatitis cured with liver treatment in 2018 making me pay a deposit and out of pocket blood work to prove it (Hepatitis) not detected by lab work before (his boss) would allow him to work on me after doing what he asked providing him with paper work stating (not detected) he still denied me so my advice is to not be honest on your paper work like hundred of other do daily if you set out to get work from this coward if he would do his job by protocol then he wouldn't have to worry about being exposed to none existing blood born illnesses just FYI read more

I went to this tattoos shop today and got 2 tattoos of mom and nana on the side of my hands and the artist who's name is Chris did an amazing job. He got them done fairly quickly and was nice and made me fill comfortable. The lady that worked the desk up front was really nice and helpful. I highly highly recommend this tattoo shop. But while the girl was helping find the font needed shes still holding her pizza ‍‍ ok so I turn around and my boyfriend has just paid $95 for "000" ok wow! So I ask what an hour goes for and I'm told $100. Ok cool so you saw a tourist coming. Then the whole tattoo is messed up. Like freaking really!! How do you mess up something so simple?! Was in town this weekend and my boyfriend wanted a tattoo to remember the trip by. I could cry for him. Not only did he over pay but the tattoo was rushed through and looks horrible. When you have to tell someone what it is supposed to be that's not good. He's embarrassed to show it to anyone. It's definitely the worst tattoo he has now. The shading is so patchy the tattoo looks 100 years old already. The lines are harsh and there's no blending technique.
