This was my first tattoo and I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had. Matt did a fantastic job on the artwork. I couldn't have asked for a better designed piece. We came in with an idea in mind and he turned it into an amazing piece of art. From start to finish, everyone in the shop was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. These guys truly care about the art they are producing and it shows! Matt took his time to make sure everything clean and sanitzed between each person he tattooed. Once he learned that it was my first tattoo, he even walked me through what I should expect and see when I walk into any tattoo shop. Husband and I were walk-ins. Very fast wait. Husband had a different person doing his so my review is for my tattoo. The guy I had was good, he was clean, not very talkative seemed in a hurry since he was supposed to leave before I came in. I do like my tattoo alot better than my husbands which we got the same tattoo but they do look different. I Unfortantly will not go back to here because of the rush of the tattoos and they very pricey even to locals. read more

There were 3 people in our group, all were 1st time tattoos. All are extremely pleased with the quality of the tattoos and customer service was more than we could have asked for. The shop was extremely clean and professional quality and atmosphere. What we appreciated most about this place is that they were honest and upfront. If a tattoo would not last or look good, each and every artist was honest and upfront about it. This shop works solely on top quality artwork. This place was exemplar in cleanliness. The worst tattoo place in Sevierville. Unprofessional...Rude ...Overpriced...Rhonda ...owner needs another profession. Will Williamson needs to draw for disabled children so they don't know what they are seeing. Told my mother she was too old and wrinkled for a tattoo of her children's initials. Couldn't do my husbands for lack of knowledge. Told me ...separate visit I was drunk after he continuously could not get my tattoo correct to start . Which side note I was not. He said your appointment was at 3 ...u got here at 3:09....Well by time his lack of knowledge kicked in it was 3:40....HELLO. They are a disappointment and just plain nasty all around. read more

My friends and I stopped in to see if they had time for 5 tattoos on pretty short notice and we were all in and out in less than 2.5 hours with great tattoos. Logan, Matt, Will and other Matt were all very accommodating, fast and detailed. Very funny and conversational, and we would definitely recommend!!! read more

Giving a 5 star review for their customer service. We were walk ins, showed the guy my basic Pinterest tattoo and asked for a couple things different, instead of giving me his professional opinion he just kept saying whatever you want.. okay. Some of my best friends are tattoo artists and i have watched them say " hey listen if you do it this way it will be better, or dont do that it wont look the sAme" the guys was off in a half hour and i think just wanted out. He put my stencil on and i was right away nervous it looked nothing like moutains and he said its ok i have been doing this 7 years. Ok i trust you which is my fault i have a lot of tattoos and should have known it was going to look just like the stencil. He does the tattoo and i wanted to cry. I didnt want to make a scene but i wish he made sure i liked it. I was just going to wait till i went back home and have my guy fix it. My mother in law was waiting for hers and she mentioned it to the owner who took care of me right away. I wasnt set on letting the same guy finish it because i feel like he didn't listen to me. Then mike stepped in and finished the tattoo while explaining to me why and what he was doing. I am super happy with the out come now but sad i had my first bad experience. Thank you for making it right and thank you mike for listening to me and taking your time! Im attaching what i asked for what i got then what mike finished if im ever back in Tennessee i would come back for more work from him! * update - i could not live with the terrible stars and blown out lines and when it healed it scarred terribly. Went in to get my wife new jewelry and the guy behind the front counter was actually quite rude said come back at two because that is when the piercer would be there, honestly I believe everyone who works there should be able to sell anything and know the prices of the jewelry. It's a business and more sales is always good for business. Needless to say we won't be going back for piercings or tattoo's. read more

I went in for a tattoo and waited 15 minutes to be helped. Once I was helped all he said was "it'll be an hour" then walked away without talking to me about what I wanted or even getting my name, they were extremely rude. I do not suggest going here, very disappointed. read more

Got my Grumpy tattoo courteous of Southern Draw Skin Art in Pigeon Forge, NC today. These guys are so fun and professional at what they do. This is my 2nd one that I have gotten here from two different artists and my wife had one done from a third artist when I got my first one. Unbelievable jobs on all three. First one my wife and I got was because we were on vacation and just decided to get one. Now we have decided to get one here and only here each and every time we are on vacation I Pigeon Forge. Will did my first on, Amber did my wife's and this time I had Skyler do my Grumpy. I look forward to gettin any one of them to do my next. the guy who did my tattoo was horrible. yes, i kept moving but it was hurting to the point i almost cried. on top of that, my tattoo is infected and had a huge red circle around it. i got it yesterday and today, it was leaking pus. not a happy person atm. read more

When I explained it was to honor my new baby daughter he responded with "so?" Then I was told I could not have the tattoo I wanted. I would NEVEr recommend them to anyone. I walked out. read more
