As soon as I got my luggage I hurried out to where he said he was but he wasn't there so i waited 10 minutes later I called him no answer I waited some more tried to call him again no answer by now I'm ready to take Lyte or Uber but he calls me back I'll be there in 3 minutes. It takes him another 10 minutes. I would have just taken an Uber but I already paid him and gave him a 20% tip. I will never use Golden West Shuttle again and I have recommended Golden West shuttle to all my neighbors so now I will let my neighbors and my husband and anyone else who asks just how far downhill Golden West Shuttle has gone.
