I let the instructor know before class that I endure a lot of pain from scoliosis and how certain exercises cause neck pain, and she provided safe and effective moves that left me feeling rejuvenated and without any pain. Lucky for me, the other studio didn't call me back until after I booked 3 privates at Fusion. After my first session, I signed up for 2 more, for a total of 5 privates while I was in town. I've had a lot of private training and private pilates classes, and Amy is one of the best. Amy is compassionate, knowledgeable and a true teacher. She was mindful of my issues and gave me so many take-aways for me to use on my own. She also used some amazing heated props that helped loosen muscles and bring awareness to specific areas. My husband teased me that I would move to Asheville to continue working with Amy. Everyone should have this kind of training.
