These guys brought it back to life. Huge shoutout to Eugene, who took time out of his July 4th holiday just to assess the full scope of what was needed. That kind of dedication is rare and says a lot about the level of service here. Diego also did an incredible job. He went above and beyond with the detail work, especially given how challenging some of the paint condition was. He didn't take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it's been given a second chance. I'm genuinely impressed and grateful for the care they put into this job. Highly recommend this team if you want detailing done right.

Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

He was so communicative and understanding from the start. I was overwhelmed with the whole situation, and Wade gave me advice about what to do based on previous customers with similar situations, including great advice about insurance. He seems like an expert. He takes his time and does things right. He even stayed a few minutes late when I got caught in traffic dropping my car off. He sent me pictures of the inside of my car when it was done, and he worked totally around my schedule whenever possible. And, it was done faster than he even estimated. I had multiple bags of trash in my car, and he even took them to the dumpster for me! We exchanged multiple phone calls throughout the whole experience, and he made everything so clear and seamless, explaining what he was doing and why. Overall, Steve's Detailing did not only do a fantastic and speedy job detailing my car, but they probably saved me a huge headache (or two) in other areas of my life. I can't recommend this business highly enough. I know Wade could tell I had a rough couple weeks. I was stressed and kind of clueless about my stolen and found car, and I feel like his empathy and compassion reflects truly caring about his customers (and other people), and not just about making money. He went above and beyond to make my life a little easier. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Truly a fantastic customer service experience.
