Genee (jen - A) his office manager was lovely and made me feel instantly comfortable on the phone and in person. Dr. Wilson spent quite a bit of time examining my body structure and testing my strength and flexibility. My neck was tweaked and in pain which is why I went to see him. After the initial assessment, he made several adjustments, provided me with easy stretching exercises and said to come back only if I needed to see him again. I appreciated that he is ethical and wants his clients to find sustainable health rather than see him regularly if it is unnecessary. The receptionist on the phone was extremely nice and was able to get me in to see Dr Eileen the same day. After arriving and stepping into the office I felt so at peace, the ambiance and diffusers they had going were so lovely along with all the pretty orchids. Dr. Eileen took me back to the chiro room and explained everything she was doing in detail. She used a some tools like the activator and percussion in a gentle yet effective way which I really appreciate. After doing my adjustment I was already starting to feel so much better but to end my session, Dr. Eileen attached some electro massager (can't remember what it's called) to my problem areas and allowed me to rest with them for about 25 minutes which was AMAZING. My entire experience was so positive and felt so healing and peaceful. I'm grateful for meeting and being worked on by Dr Eileen.
