We ended up waiting about 45 minutes before my son was even started. To make matters worse, the artist had a friend--or possibly a family member--hanging around the shop, talking loudly and nonstop. He didn't leave until about 30 minutes into my son's session, which was incredibly distracting and unprofessional. The stencil my son sent ahead of time was poorly executed and missing key details. The lines looked hand‑drawn and uneven, clearly showing that the stencil didn't transfer properly and the artist just improvised. My son had also texted beforehand asking about filling in a few open areas to complete his sleeve, yet Demetrius kept repeating that he "only charged for the stencil," despite the stencil itself being subpar. Another young woman walked in during the session, and he told her to come back at 7 PM--meaning he rushed through my son's tattoo, since he didn't even start until after 6 PM despite us arriving exactly at 5 PM as instructed. On top of that, the shop advertises a three‑hour tap‑out session for $280, yet he charged my son the same amount for less than an hour and a half of work. When we asked about the fill‑ins, he said that would be an additional $150 and would have to be done another day because he had other clients waiting. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience and would strongly discourage anyone from going to this shop. The pricing is unfair, the professionalism is lacking, and the quality of work is below standard.

When I explained that I preferred to make monthly payments directly, she asked, "Do you have a friend, mom, or dad that can give you the money?" I found this comment rude and inappropriate. While I was happy with the dental staff, my experience with Luz negatively affected my overall impression of the office.

The provider who directed the procedure was very helpful, instructional, and affable. He also had some very interesting historical and personal stories to share about his early life on the US Upper East Coast. It was truly pleasurable and relaxing to chat with him. The 3 Lovely Latina Ladies are also extremely intelligent, competent, comical, friendly, supportive, artistically detailed, humble, and stunningly beautiful! The post-op instructions and care plan were well articulated by Ken in an easy-to-understand approach. They sent me home with my medications and all the care instructions in writing, which is great for me, and obviously, I didn't have to go to a pharmacy which is priceless for anyone who has just undergone any procedure. A wholehearted thank you to everyone and appreciation for making my hair transplant experience enjoyable, interesting, personal, and memorable.
