Average at best. Large and nicely decorated. Plenty of staff around but most avoided us. T-shirts were basically 3 designs and all crappy. Prices pretty typical. Decent selection of bikes, again about standard prices. Easy access to freeway. read more

I would give a -5 star if I could. In my opinion, their service department is absolutely HORRIBLE and so is a few of their attitudes. I ordered a seat and didn't like it so I tried to return the seat just for them to tell me there would be almost $100 restocking fee (after waiting almost a month for them to give me any information about what was happening with the seat) and I can only take it out in trade with a service that I did not want. Against my better judgement I went ahead and let them do the 20,000 mile service, then they added in something about the shifter needing fixed which was another $600 plus so at this point I have around $1200 all in. As soon as I got my bike back I noticed there was an oil spot wherever I parked it so I started putting cardboard under it in my shop to show them how bad it was leaking. They tried to tell me it was because it was a 2006 although it only had 18,000 miles at the time and never leaked a day in its life. They took it back in a few times to fix the leak each time they made it worse. Finally they gave up and told me they could not fix it and I would just have to live with a damaged bike that they caused and a I cannot ride because it leaks so bad. It slings oil on the back tire and up on my tour pack which is very unsafe. They tried to offer me less than half my money back and wanted me to sign paperwork accepting that. Of course I didn't take the money or sign the paperwork. I asked the manager if this was your bike would you accept this and he said no so I said, why would you expect me to. He said someone higher up would give me a call and I have yet to get that call. In my opinion, stay far far away from the service department because they can't even fix a little oil leak that they created. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! read more

Loved it, so I came back this year and got a 2018 Fatbob to add to my collection off them as well. I live 8-9 hours away and would happily make that drive to deal with those gentleman than the dealerships in my own state (WV). Smooth, fast and overly knowledgeable. It took ( phone tag 10x) before I could talk directly with someone to confirm what I wanted them to do and proceed. I researched Harley Davidson's motorcycles for three years and wanted one. I had a Suzuki GSXr 600 and they took it in on a trade for a Road glide that someone traded in that morning. I did not have to look for a sales person to help me. A gentleman came out and helped me some great that I actually bought the 2019 Road Glide. The bike was very nice for my first cruiser. They explained everything to me waited on me to make the deal and made me feel like I knew them for a while. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. read more

Extremely rude staff. I assume unless you are purchasing a motorcycle there is no reason to be polite. I wanted to get my dad a shirt or two and almost regret even coming through the door and don't even get me started on the fact that they don't support our military! We stop in every state to get a Harley shirt or two and this was the only one we have found that doesn't support our military! This was a one and done for me! Called them to sell my 2016 Sportster 48. I had other offers of $7k from two other dealerships. I sent them pictures of the bike, they said they where interested and to bring it in. I trailered it an out from Myrtle Beach to Florence. After arriving and an inspection of my bike they asked how much I wanted for it. NADA and KBB where at $7070 stock with 5000 miles. Mine has lots of work done to it and after market improvements. I said I wouldn't take less then $7500. Greg the appraiser said let me punch some numbers I will be taught back with you. When he came back he said they would give me 5k. What?? Clean bike no issues at all. He said it would cost them $2300 for them to do a 5000 mile service and change the tires because the tires where produced in 2015. Wait 2015 tires on a 2016 bike? Um no! Harley wouldn't make a bike and put tires produced in 2015. Then Greg tried to flip me for a new bike. Saying he would give me $7500 for mine and for my 2008 ultra (which he only seen one picture) he would give me 20k. Seriously! The game had already started. Not only did he insult me with low balling the offer on my bike his BS about giving 20k for my 2008 ultra was BS also. He had not even seen it! I went and checked with service about a 5000 mile service, new tires, and a brake flush. I found out my tires where produced in 2016 not 2015 and would be around $500 to replace both. The 5000 miles service was $329 and the brake flush was $199, Hmm....does that equal $2300?? Nope! What BS! Waisted day, lies, and insults! Stay away from the sales department! They suck you into there game, over priced there bikes, under price yours, and get you to believe there BS. Bike I pointed out and asked how much 2022 Road Glide. Price $35-37k. Actual price $29k! And that's how they get you your 120% over book value folks. They mark the picked up 5-7k over Manufacturing retail sticker. The service department is awesome! The parts department is awesome! Sales team terrible! There website say enter info for 60 second trade in value which I did. ( there website there idea not mine) I deny there offer, sales guy say I actually have to see bike in person to make deal. Which I agree and that's true. So I was going there anyhow (1.5 hour drive) meet a sales man and showed him my bike and he ran the vin did what he had to do. Keep in mind my trade in is a 2019 less than 6000 miles under warranty , any problems and it's a free fix. So then he asked me how much I owe ? That info is on file with Harley as I buy new bikes every 2 years. Payoff is there. But I answer him anyhow. His next question was how much did you owe on the bike you traded in on the bike before that bike?.. STUPID question I said that's irrelevant to this sale. He refused to give me a trade in number to move forward as he and his team member tried to hustle me! They both found out REAL quick I can't be hustled and I refused to show then my ID ( said they needed that for tax reasons?.. ) my zip code is on the vin. And you don't that info till we cut a deal. He asked me to bring the bike and I did he refused to give me a number on trade in .. I would like a call from owner as I would like to see this guy fired. As there is no law that say I need to show ID for a trade in value. I showed up as requested and the little clown denied to do his job, losing a sale! read more

A really great Harley dealership, that is made of great people. You walk in and it does feel like family. I take my bike there for repairs and performance upgrades all the time and I would say when it comes to making sure your bike is safe and nicely accessoried I would take my bike to none other that the blackjack parts and service crew. They really go above and beyond for their customers. In motorclothes if there is anything you ever need the ladies either have it in stock or can easily order it for you and get it to you quickly. As about as sorry dealership as i have ever had work done put new brake shoes on and did not even bleed lines makes you wonder where these shade tree mechanics come from , just called wanted another 50 to bleed brakes and that should come with job don't think sorry even describes the dealership. now i got to take somwhere else and pay them to get the cycle fixed and pay for what they should have done. read more

Black Jack HD changed the rear tire on my Road Glide Ultra today. Dropped it off at the appointed time and picked it up later. No muss, no fuss, This is the first time they have touched my bike since moving here from Arizona and will take my bike back here for any other dealer servicing I may need down the road.
