PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! My daughter went into this store to purchase a few items using her…read moredebit card. The owner attempted to run her debit card three separate times. After the first attempt, my daughter called me to ask if it was okay because the owner, who had difficulty communicating in English, wanted to run the card again. When I entered the store, instead of explaining what was happening, the owner became defensive, rude, and disrespectful. Even worse, he blamed my daughter after attempting to run her debit card a second and third time without clearly obtaining her approval. This experience was completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should never feel pressured or blamed when there is an issue processing a payment. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and being cautious if you choose to do business here. I will also be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs regarding this incident.

I've never bothered to leave a review until today, b/c something unusual happened. I received roses for Valentine's day, 4 days ago. This morning the roses are not doing great. they are slumped over and sad. I wasn't sure what could have happened, this is a first. So I called the shop to ask for advice and Debbie was so kind. She explained the main causes for the slump and offered solutions. But then she went a step further and offered to replace them free of charge. THAT is customer service - and worthy of a 5-Star review. Thanks you Art Flower Shop for appreciating your patrons and going a step beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

When she asked about the order, an older gentleman working there barked orders at her, telling her to move her car to the back of the store so they could load it -- there was no politeness or professionalism at all. Then, the younger employee who loaded the order just threw the heavy bags into the car with no care, risking damage to the bags and the vehicle. To make things worse, the same older gentleman yelled from inside the store for my wife to come back and sign off on the order. The entire experience was handled in a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner from start to finish. I later called the store and spoke with the manager, Michael, to share how disappointed I was. Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that we will not be returning or ordering from Ace Hardware again. It's unfortunate, because we expected a much better level of customer service from a company like Ace.
