Since I couldn't find a reasonable one stop shop for a garage with a concrete floor I had to go with two different companies for my plan and get the permits myself. I called A Level Up Concrete for the concrete floor. They came out and gave me an estimate so I went ahead and hired them for the floor I wanted. It wasn't just the great job they did with the concrete pour but their overall willing to help and do what they could to make their part of the garage project as easy and as smooth as possible. They were beyond helpful and patient with me while I tried to figure out the permit process which had created a few snags. Part of it was learning the hard way on how long a permit can take and where the concrete could be poured in relation to the property line (hint; double check, its different for everyone depending on where you live) I had a lot going on in my life along with this project so I was stressed and it was amazing how Seth picked up on that and more than once told me to relax and he would take care of it. Both he and Shelli went above and beyond during this process and I'm so grateful. I have a few more projects I'm thinking of doing and of course, I'm having A Level Concrete come back.

This design complements the house rather than distracts--as designs often to, in my opinion. I was thrilled with the suggestion for the design as the expansion seams are part of the design in that the driveway looks like slabs of stone! Reseal was with some buff color added (their suggestion) to make up for some slight fading over the years. The "bricks" were restained as well. Huge job. Meticulous work by the crew once again. Highly recommend this company for design, work, and beautiful results.

Absolutely avoid this company. I should have stopped them from doing any work when they arrived…read more They showed up late. The guy doing the utility survey prior to the work being done wasn't told by LRE what he was doing. When the LRE crew showed up, they asked me what they were doing when they arrived. That is on me for not realizing right then and there that they should not be doing any work on my foundation. They were supposed to fill a void under my foundation and ended up raising the slab to the point it damaged the flooring in my home. LRE admitted to causing the damage but ultimately only offered $500 for the repair. I had to pay another company to remove the flooring and then pay a second company to level out the floor, and replace the flooring. I have no idea of the long term effects the foundation damage will have on my drywall where the slab was raised. I have attached a picture of the damage and how much they raised my slab. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. I'm making sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers to steer clear of LRE.
