SCAM ALERT*******DONT USE THEM!***They scam the old timers of the Villages buy overcharging for…read moretile purchased not the tile ACTUALLY installed. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

They quickly responded and gave us an estimate that we accepted. We were told they would contact us at least a day ahead of the work being done. Randomly about a week later a crew showed up on a day we were going to be gone. No warning. They started working and we started to leave. The supervisor flags us down and asks for payment in full. We explained that we did not have the payment yet as it had not been transferred into the account we were paying them with. He firmly stated that they needed payment right then. The job was just started, we were not contacted that they were coming that day. My husband ran back in the house to write a check and asked them not to cash it until the next week. They agreed. The job was supposed to be completed that day. When we got home later that evening we noticed there were several things that had not been completed. In the meantime our check did clear. What followed was 2 weeks of bad communication and promises broken. They would say they would be at our house at a certain time and day and then not show up, and not text or call with a reason. We always had to call them. Finally my husband got pretty direct with the owner and told him how disappointed we were with the situation and that he just wanted the job completed. He was gaslighted a bit by the owner. The next day the owner finally completed the work. For this we appreciate that he finally honored his word. This company touts their faith as the backbone of their business. The landscape stonework was done very nicely. Unfortunately, 3 of the 7 bushes they planted died. We are just happy to be done with the situation and suggest to the owner and his supervisor's to just communicate with their future customers. That is pretty easy in a time of texting and cell phone technology.

We had some problems flooring after moving into our new home, and had only one option with our builder. It wasn't a good option, so we consulted several flooring companies in the area. Floor Masters went out of their way to establish an account with a manufacturer that carried the flooring we wanted. The Floor Master installers were professional, courteous and did a superb job with the installation. The house was spotless after they finished and cleaned up. I don't often write reviews unless a product or service provided is exceptional. If your considering a flooring project, be sure to get an estimate from Floor Masters on Route 301 in Wildwood Florida.

We, as customers, rely on the expertise of the company to assess appropriate locations for gates, etc. An attempt at a correction to this gate was made at 6 months but was unsuccessful. The front 10 ft. gate has continued to settle and now will not open without lifting off the ground. It digs in at least an inch and continues to deteriorate. At 6 months, the gate was reversed so it would open at all, as it would only open half way at that point. And yet, I was quoted a hefty sum to replace a gate that should have never been installed at that location, per the actual builder of the fence. Also fence boards have popped off, only a few, that were screwed in at 1/2 inch from the end of the board to the post. Definitely warranty in my view. Mico Customs did our lawn as a subcontractor to Gregg Lammers in the Villages, FL…read more Mico Customs Inc.' s webiste is (http://www.micocustoms.com/) The sod they provided was 90% full of sedge, and red fungus that just kills any starter lawns. Further when their men were running out of sod on the day of install--the grabbed any bad pieces they could find and just cut and jigsaw puzzled them into the driveway portion of my lawn making the lawn look TERRIBLE. They did not roll out my sod, thus resulting three weeks later in a sinkhole type ground depression, and most of the other sod in my yard is getting infected with the red fungus and sedge. I had asked their onsite supervisor twice to replace or repair my lawn....MICO refused, and simply referred me back to the builder. THIS IS A MARK OF POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL IN MY PERSONAL OPINION. I WOULD PERSONALLY HAVE TO REALLY THINK HARD BEFORE EVER USING MICRO CUSTOMS in the Villages, FL for any of my lawn or home needs if they can't even bother to fix what they do wrong. The owner of the firm is Michael Manley. I personally think if Michael wants to have a GOOD reputation, he'd think long and hard about how he treats customers for work he does. I will only change this review, if and only if Michael Manley the owner of Mico Customs fixes what he did to MY YARD.

It wasn't a crital item that needed to be replaced right away. It was more cosmetic than anything. But the manufacturer warranty for the insert was good for 2yrs which was only 3 months away. The Villages "Home Warranty" is only good for a year and after that you have to work it out yourself with the installer or manufacturer of the item in question. I called MiCO Customs, who did the install, and they let me know it could be scheduled no sooner than 3 months because their schedule was full. They could schedule me just prior to the warranty expiring. I called MiCO back and said I wasn't comfortable about scheduling the replacement so close to the warranty's expiration date. They then scheduled me right away to have a different company Al & Sons to do the work. The insert was replaced by a very competent installer from Al & Sons and, per the warranty, was charged only for installation which was very reasonable for the work involved. Richard G.

Dear Covenant Roofing Team,…read more I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent roofing improvement work completed on my mobile home. From start to finish, I received the utmost respect, great communication, and service from diligent and skilled professionals. Once I agreed to the project, the team immediately filed for the county permit. Within 24 hours, the roofing materials were scheduled and delivered on Sunday, and the entire job was completed and cleaned up the very next day on Monday. I want to specifically recognize Chris, the sales representative, who was outstanding throughout the process and secured financing with the exact terms we discussed upfront. I also want to commend Austin, the team supervisor from the Leesburg office, who did excellent work leading his crew in 103° feels-like temperatures. I was especially impressed when I messaged Austin on a Sunday expecting a reply the next business day, and he responded within 30 minutes. The best part of the experience was the consistent communication; someone was always keeping me updated and checking in to see if I had any concerns. I deeply appreciate the excellent work and everything Covenant Roofing has done. I would not hesitate to use your services again or refer your business to anyone.
