I m posting this review because i cant found way to make they come back and fix what they did. The work was supposed to begin in June; doing a backyard footer and pavers . Using their excavator they broke twice the optical fiber of the WIFI of the community, leaving 10 house without service for more than 5 weeks and an invoice from Opticatell of $ 1,425.00 , HE STATE THAT HE WILL PAY THE BILL INCURED but still nothing that pay the amount owed, Now is due. It was a job of maximum two weeks, it took 2 months coming the days they wanted. They have no idea what is an slope or HOW TO MAKE TO DRAIN THE WATER , the pavers installed are very poor quality, they are all broken or with holes. The installation of the pavers was not compacted , uneven and they did not pour sand either. Today. Sep 21.2023 is sinking different areas making the water is empoce when it rains, or when clean the patio ; Additionally an outer side, the stucco is splitting. They were overloaded spilled concrete when they were filling the footer, damaging the patio furniture and dirtying up to the neighbor's house walls , the newly installed fence too, with the tractor damaged the pavers of the driveway too.. Obviously, they don't want to pay for the damages caused... in short, they are a total disaster. It was tried by the good to conciliate with Mr. Morales to return and finish the work changing the broken pavers and matching the areas are sinking, repair the stucco that is cracked, his answer is that he is very busy in another 100K project but has not returned yet. I still owe him $800 of the total $12,750.00. Here I leave the pictures for records. And finally, all this bad work causes me more expenses because the work is so badly done that it must be replaced additionally to everything else damaged. My name is Luisa.
