And while they staff was very friendly and took care of me in a timely manner, they screwed in the prep work and the IRS caught it. And to add insult they also charged me $189 for their service. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. If you're looking for a "cheap" tax prep go elsewhere.

I had seen other tax preparers here in years past, but prefer to stick with Don. Several years ago, there was a slight issue with my locals going to the wrong municipality. That really wasn't too big of a deal. Rates here will definitely be more reasonable than Jackson Hewitt or H & R.

Both my fiancé AND my fiancé's attorney have tried to reach out to him numerous times to finalize our matter but Mr. Adkins refuses to do his part to close this chapter of our lives. He has held onto funds from the sale of a house despite the fact that there is a court signed order that specifically details how the proceeds should be disbursed. I understand this is a small town and there may not be much in terms of options in attorneys but please consider all routes before settling to work with this guy. This experience has been the worst!

The worst bank ever. Deposited cash and checks on the Thursday morning before easter. They Did not…read moreactually process the deposits until Tuesday for some reason and I had automatic payments that processed on easter Sunday and caused my account to be overdrawn. When i called and asked what happened she told me that of course my deposits would not be processed because it was Easter weekend and they were closed. So i asked why my autopayments were processed then and checks cleared at 3:30 AM on a Sunday and she literally said BECAUSE. I called her a liar and she hung up on me. I am Closing the account today.

Haven't gotten a penny of interest on the savings account in years (despite what interest rates are now) and then they started charging me a monthly $10 "maintenance fee." I have been trying to close the account but they say I have to come in person (I live out of state). I called saying I wanted to close the account and please send me a check for the balance. They told me they don't do that and I need to go to another online account and transfer the money out and then call a branch and close it. So I did this and low and behold I get an email from my other bank saying that the transfer was returned at FNB's request (and slapped me with yet another fee for the return). I call FNB and they say I must come in person now. Let's talk when I had a checking account with them... they just one day up and closed it because....? I had a credit card and when it expired they told me they could not mail me a replacement because I live out of state. So that was gone. Like...why are they in business???? Every experience has been bad. Will probably never get a dime of what's in that savings account. Pay day for them!!
