Long story short, she messed up numbers and sent my return to the wrong bank account and 4 months…read morelater I haven't gotten a penny. So I sent her a email about it, I've gotten no updates, over 45 days ago she said they would be refunded in her own personal bank account and it's been over 45 days so I asked her about it and I mentioned asking a lawyer for their input and she told me I'm no longer allowed to contact her or her office that I'll get my money when I get it. Then after I wrote a review on facebook she texted my number saying she called the irs to cancel the tracking so I won't know when my money is arriving. She can call them to tell them to cancel it but she cant call them to ask about the money . Unprofessional

BE ADVISED***** I have used Christina as my accountant for myself and my business for about 10…read moreyears, she had made some mistakes over the years, but nothing too major to where I switched accountants.... but this last year her erratic behavior, her lies about being in the office, her completely neglecting me for months at a time (which I'm assuming is because I relocated across the country so she was able to get away with it) and her complete negligence on filing my taxes.... I ended up having to hire an attorney, and a new CPA to fix her mess!!! She convinced me to allow her to file an extension saying something about waiting on a bill to pass which would make things better for me tax wise, then decided to not file AT ALL... so Not only did my taxes not get filed I got hit with $285 worth of late fees after hiring a new CPA because even IF the extension was filed she waited till mid OCT (PASS DEADLINE) to tell me not to worry about the $285 it will be abatement ...ANOTHER LIE .... I finally got her to respond minimally - of course I get no explanation, and then she proceeds to get angry that I'm asking her questions and tells me I owe 4x the amount I've EVER owed, I'm assuming to try to punish me, because my CPA told me I owed about half of the regular return not 4x the amount.... So of course I hire an attorney to tell her I want my $285 in late fees... and of course she doesn't pay it...because she doesn't think as a business professional she should have to rectify any of her mistakes... she isn't accountable... her behavior is erratic to the point where I have my own speculations as to what's going on with a business professional acting in that manner and constantly lying.... do your self a HUGE favor and stay away from this woman.... Not only is she not certified but you will be left high and dry and she will be sure she's not held accountable. You have been warned!
