At the end of every day Steve picked up any debris in the yard including using a magnet to pick up any nails which I really appreciated as we have 3 pets. Our insurance adjuster complimentef my choice as he found Eddie's estimate and examination if the roof to be honest and a fair price. As a woman,I've dealt with several companies that talked down to me or tried to give me an inflated bid. It was a great experience to not have that happen with All Weather. They also discovered an issue with our chimney and fixed it saving us from a probable fire.

Unfortunately our experience has been much different than the previous reviews...I'm still holding…read moreout hope that Roof Lux will make everything right & that my experience improves and thus my review to a positive one. My husband & I met with a Rep from Roof Lux in Jan 2021, signed the contact and paid our half-down deposit on Feb 6th...bottom line, we are still waiting on our siding... upon signing we were told we would have siding in about 4 weeks, about 4 weeks later we were then given a start date of April 9th, we received a call right around the projected April start date and informed that our siding hadn't been ordered yet...and that it wouldn't be here until mid-June. We spoke with our Rep about other options, we spoke with the owners about other options and were assured (it was the beginning of May at this point) that he could get it done & that the siding would be here in 3-4 weeks. We finally received a call that siding was being delivered last Friday (June 4th.) We then received a call that they would plan to start on Wednesday (June 9th) with a subsequent call moving that start date to Thursday (June 10th)...today...and unfortunately we haven't seen or heard from anyone. We have been working with Roof Lux since February, our check was deposited in February...it's mid-June and we still have no siding. Times are busy, the construction industry is swamped, parts are hard to get...we get all of that, however this is extreme and due to poor business practices, not lack of product at this point.

After a couple days and 4 phone calls I got an estimate for asphalt shingles. I replied that the estimate I wanted was for metal, but to disregard because I was going with another company. Immediately I got a text from Jerry who apologized and said not to blame the company because it was his fault. I again said I was going with another company. He acknowledged, but then left me a voicemail like we had never talked or most likely he forgot that he sent out a estimate. Again wrong estimate and didn't even remember speaking to me. Seems very disorganized. If an estimate is that difficult, I cant imagine how the whole roofing process would go.
