They redid the kitchen with the cooperation of Home Depot who installed the countertops. They redid the backsplash tile too and painted the walls. Then they took all the cabinets to their shop and painted them. They are the window pane type cabinets with This was all fine and I had no issues. It was in 2022/2023, only 3/4 years ago. Unfortunately now the cabinet paint (all of them, and there are over 30) on the doors has cracked. I have called several times over the past several weeks. I guess they do not care about follow up or customer service. They want me to repain them at $10K???? What is going on?????? read more

Horrible experience with this company. They bid a dock job for us and have been on it 6 months. Very poor work perfomance along with not finishing the job. Owner said he wanted progress payment, when there progress has went backwards,. I had to call another contractor to add floats, they had to pull up boards and reinstall. Didn't deliver countertop, Roll Up door ETC, The owner told me to trust him because he says he wouldn't slow-zark us, or Ozark us. Well- he did both! read more

Whoever wrote the previous reviews must have been talking about a company in Camden County, New Jersey! We had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Camden County Renovations at Lake of the Ozarks in MO. What a GREAT company! We had an extension put on our home, connecting the garage to the house and an absolutely GORGEOUS master bathroom remodel. Not only was the crew professional, but they offered suggestions on layout information, instead of just doing a mediocre job, they wanted make sure we were happy! And, as usual, when tearing down walls, you never know what's behind them - they handled the issues they didn't create quickly and beautifully. As a full time lake resident , there are some "shady" renovation companies locally, Camden County Renovations is NOT one of them. The crew came everyday and worked! It's with absolutely NO HESITATION, we would recommend Angela and Jim (and crew, from the office to the trades) for any and all construction work! Use them, you won't be sorry. read more

In my opinion, the quality of work is not there and their business practices are questionable, to say the least. Contractor had to redo several areas, some due to not enough knowledge of city/county guidelines and others just because not enough attention to details was given. The customer was charged each time, even though the error's was on the contractor's end. Unwilling to give bid and instead did time plus material, which resulted in excessive hours with less than knowledgeable crew. My elderly parents paid top dollar for a job that took twice as long, cost considerably more than the job should have and was billed for the smallest of expenses, to the point of just pettiness by the contractor trying to suck every penny out of their customer. I would absolutely never recommend this company. read more

We cannot recommend Camden County Renovations highly enough. We had a very large deck (1000 sq ft plus- 12 feet off the ground) that had reached the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced. We had a number of estimates done and even then Jim & Angela stood out as professional and knowledgeable. After sorting through the various bids and weighing online reviews we decided to go with Camden County Renovations. So glad we did. Price was fair which is all you can really ask for. Everything went exactly as we were told it would at the beginning. The foreman Jimmy and his crew were friendly and professional. They were here every day on time (weather permitting) and worked their butts off. As with any construction project there are going to be unknowns as structures are removed. Jimmy let us know whenever they came across any issues and they were explained thoroughly and options were spelled out. Jim and/ or Angela stayed hands on during the entire process. We hated spending the money but Camden County Renovations made the experience as painless as possible. The deck is as solid as a brick. I was in the trades for almost 30 years and these people are professionals through & through. read more

Read the fine print! Original quote means nothing, in the end they will try and screw you out of a lot more cash, like thousands! The owners are not good business people. They haven't figured out that referrals are everything in a business like theirs. The workers do a good job, but if you can't trust the owners to keep their word and abide by what they promised, then what does that matter. There were a few issues when the job was done that will require a plumber, which is more money, but I refuse to call these people back in. read more

Jim Eshenroder and his crew at Camden County Renovations do fantastic work. What impresses me the most is their overall attention to detail on a bathroom remodel from simple things like perfectly straight paint lines, perfect trim work, and seamless floor transition from tile to hardwood to carpet. They're outside deck work is top notch as well and they are a pleasure to work with. No headaches no fuss very easy-going. read more
