Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Not a huge deal, but the more annoying part is that her salon has 2 chairs and her fellow hairstylist thought it was appropriate to vape continuously throughout the appointment while she waited for her client's hair dye. Vape all you want outside, but in a business contained in a small room without windows, I think at a minimum you should ask the people there if they are okay with it.

We purchased hair color retention product, but after we used it once it made her hair super light blue as you can see in the picture. She has a very positive outlook and still loves her hair, but this is not what we paid for and not what she asked for.
