They were very responsive and cola e out the same day. Since they needed a part it would have to wait until the next day, but the technician (Joe) did a great job of a temporary repair that got us through the night. He was back the next day and the unit is back to running great. I was very impressed with the thoroughness, courtesy, and professionalism displayed by Joe. Very satisfied from beginning to end.

They inspected the system, and the technician could not have been better! Smart, communicated well, and never tried to "upsell". Not even a month later the same unit was leaking again and this time I was told the unit was not mounted correctly which was causing the unit to leak again. Not sure how the unit would suddenly become incorrectly mounted and I thought it should have been caught the first time. It wasn't and it cost me an additional $400. And to make matters worse, I bought into the service agreement for $400 after the first repair. So no, I don't recommend them.

The little gentleman that came was very nice and very upfront. He told me he did not know how to fix it. He tried to call the office. Couldn't get anybody at first. He said he had no idea where to put any of the parts because he did not work on that. He called the office to tell them that he did not feel right charging me for their service fee because he did not do nothing for me. Instead of having it up maybe I would have paid half. He said the office said because it was a service fee that he did no service for that. They would still have to charge me $119. I paid it. Little guy was up front. He did not lie to me or try to fix something he did not know how to do. He was a very nice young man and I had dealt with him before when he had worked at another heating and Air Business. I want them to know that they are very looking to have someone work for them. That's like that that is very truthful and that has a conscience for charging someone for a service that they didn't even do so. As for me, I will not be calling home comfort for anything The two star rating is for the young man that came out there to fix my gas stove and that he was honest not for the company. I do not like home comfort and I will not be ever using them again

I was still charged for the quoted work, over the work that actually happened. When we contacted the company they told us they don't charge by the hour but have a price for the job. The problem with that is the estimated issue was different from the final issue, so the price should have reflected the change in work. Talking with other professionals we were overcharged by 200 or 300 dollars.
