He said he had no idea where to put any of the parts because he did not work on that. I want them to know that they are very looking to have someone work for them. That's like that that is very truthful and that has a conscience for charging someone for a service that they didn't even do so. I was still charged for the quoted work, over the work that actually happened. When we contacted the company they told us they don't charge by the hour but have a price for the job. The problem with that is the estimated issue was different from the final issue, so the price should have reflected the change in work. Talking with other professionals we were overcharged by 200 or 300 dollars.

My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice. Super knowledgeable. And very compassionate. I would call no one else EVER. These are the people that you want to do business with over and over again. Will recommend to everyone.
