Turns out Chad never tested the a/c system which was not working since the first day we moved in. He claims the ambient temperature of 60 degrees is far too cold to test the a/c unit. Not only that but we have had a mice infestation in the basement that was overlooked, rippled ceilings with signs of water damage, and a water pipe leak with black mold. I've sent texts and emails and Chad refuses to communicate to resolve these problems. So far we are out $6000 on home repairs and still going. Would stay away from Prospec if you want to avoid the legal headache that comes with.
