Came in with a large group no more than 20 ppl. Food took over an hour to come out. Came in late so there weren't many other customers. Over 70% of the orders were salads. Many of the orders came out wrong and had to be sent back which took an additional 15 minutes. Seems to be a little disorganization in the back maybe. Got my food after closing. The fries were no longer hot the food came out lukewarm as if it had been waiting. The pizookies that came out 10 minutes apart. The cookie and ice cream came out separated by 10 minutes. It was not the best experience

Great question it's supposed to be guacamole and sour cream.

If I could give them no stars I would. My husband and I decided to do something different and order takeout from BJ's tonight. We haven't gone in quite a while, but this is where we had our first date all those years ago. Our most recent visit we ate in a restaurant for my birthday. Unfortunately, they managed to screw up my food twice and the manager felt so bad that we were given a $25 card for our next visit. Fast-forward to tonight and we ordered a bunch of food. We were super excited to get home to enjoy our dinner and was met with nothing but disappointment. It started off with the nachos when I asked them to hold a few things and put the other things on the side such as the sour cream and guacamole, I ended up with a container full of nacho chips that were rancid, a container of shredded cheese, and a container of chopped up chicken for US to assemble. We ended up with no sour cream or guacamole either. Then came the sampler platter, which was nothing special. Everything managed to get barbecue sauce on it so everything tasted the same .All of the food was ice cold not even sort of warm. Then we move on to the Parmesan crusted chicken which also tasted rancid. The same chips that were rancid were served with the spinach artichoke dip, which was also cold and had zero taste. My husband had the Italian chicken Parmesan and said it was edible, but that's not saying much considering that he eats everything and doesn't complain. We have not eaten our.Pzookies yet but I'm not holding my breath. I'm so glad I paid for that experience. I don't think we will be returning. If you plan on eating here, good luck! Update:found the guacamole and sour cream who knew guacamole was black.

Supposed deep dish cheese pizza.

Had a great supreme pizookie the other day. Went back today to take family and got deep dish cheese pizza. Was not even warm to the touch. Was not airy dough and cheese was cold and bland. What a disappointment. Pizza comped at least. Was not even worth taking any home. Left there hungry. Will stop somewhere else for a late dinner or snack. Service was slow but adequate.

My second time in 5 years dining @bjsrestaurants to celebrate a birthday (my best friend actually)and this visit the food was really good. The service was slow (tho it was a party of 13) we were assigned one waitress and the restaurant wasn't visibly busy but hey it was a Monday night. Our waitress did her best in getting the orders to the table and she was very apologetic for the wait (another guest and myself had the longest wait time) thought a manager would come and check in with our party but that didn't happen. Now to the good stuff: Tropical Long Island (3.9/5) almost creamy and fruity could have used a bit more alcohol but for $6 it was good. I also ordered the Pizookie Meal Deal for $13 (avail Monday-Friday, choose from select list and get a mini pizzokie for $13) southern fried chicken meal (I sub'd the succotash for broccoli) the mashed potatoes were seasoned well and the chicken was tasty also (overall 4.1/5) though my meal came when some of the party was more than half way done it came out piping hot. I got the mini hot fudge brownie pizzokie to go which came in a mini cookie tin, side of vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a cherry (4.5/5) overall good brownie. Would I go again, yeah I would especially to try another meal deal and drink.

The food was a true gastronomic delight, and drinks were spot-on perfect! Service was excellent once a server was finally available to work the section we were seated in. We arrived promptly at our reserved time, but 35 minutes passed before anyone spoke to, or greeted us. All the tables around us were being served, but we were completely ignored. Nine servers were standing around the register, but none spoke to, or acknowledged our existence until we decided to leave. We only stayed because it was after 10 pm by then and there were no other options for dinner in the area. The ambiance appeared welcoming and designed to accommodate many guests. However this was a one time visit for us after our experience.

BJ's is not as good as I remember. Although it's basically an Applebee's with deep dish pizza, at least the food used to be pretty good. We visited on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm and it was nearly empty. Personal pet peeve: when there are ample seats available but they sit separate parties next to one another. Luckily, it was a booth. There was a piece of ice right beside the seat that I had to warn my guest about as she almost slipped. The host said he would get it but ended up sitting down and surfing on his phone. Our waitress was nice but never introduced herself. I overheard from the party in the adjacent booth that her name is Casey. While she was kind and helpful, she was a bit slow when it came time to provide boxes and the check. Our grub: -- "Gourmet" Five Meat Mini Pizza: part of the $12 lunch special. Reminded me of a slightly elevated Red Baron. Good enough to satiate but not something I'd ever want again. -- Caesar Salad: came with the pizza. Tasty but contained many wilted pieces of lettuce on the bottom. -- Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast: we were enticed by the display on the table, so the ads are working as they should. Unfortunately, it was just mediocre. It's seriously something we could've made at home as we were expecting more seasoning on the shrimp, and the parmesan on the toast was missing in action. -- Signature Wings: their wings used to hit the spot! Today, they tasted like leftovers that I reheated in the air fryer. -- Strawberry Lemonade: very sweet but tasty. -- Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts: all the honey sriracha was on the bottom. Like, seriously. It takes two seconds to toss sprouts in some sauce. -- Fries: the best thing we ordered. The QR code on the table doesn't list a table number, so it's pretty much there for decoration. QR codes are also printed on the receipts which is convenient, but if you're splitting checks, it takes awhile to correctly populate, so it ended up being simpler for me to cover the whole check the traditional way. Sadly, my days at BJ's are done. They don't seem to have quite recovered after Covid.

I've been to BJ's in other cities before, but the experience here was definitely the worst, maybe even the worst dining experience I've had. We were seated right away, but the waitress seemed off her game or something. She barely checked on us, and we had to ask her multiple times for stuff. I understand that she may be busy, but she served tables that came after us first. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and she didn't clear our table once. We had to clear it ourselves and give it to her. On to the food: my aunt ordered the chicken parm, and she said it was so dry. My other aunt ordered a burger, and it was missing lettuce and tomato. My Santa Fe salad was okay. I loved the huge portion size, but on the menu, they said it had beans and avocado, and there were none. I also wanted to order the margaritas flight and a clam chowder bread bowl, but they were out of them. The new Cinnabon Pizookie was delicious; it comes with ice cream and caramel sauce. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

New Orleans Jambalaya

Came in for Lunch on a Monday. Food and service were great. I had the New Orleans Jambalaya which was very favorable and finish off with the Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie which was very good.

I think this is my third time at BJ's. The service was great. The food cMe out quickly. Food: BJ's use high-quality ingredients but fail to execute the recipes. My deep dish pizza would have tasted great if it had enough sauce on the pizza. Not putting enough sauce on a deep dish pizza is a huge mistake because it has too much bread. The kids' meals came out great! My wife's ribs were a 6/10. My oldest daughter's Alfredo was a 6/10. The great thing about BJ'S is they make their own in-house sodas, which kids love!

Food was decent some meals were a little pricey but the service was EXTREMELY slow. It was also really hard to get the staff's attention.

I went to the Southside location once and got the world's worst service. I had actually forgotten…read moreabout that when someone suggested we go to the Short Pump one. Unfortunately, there was still not great service again. The server was professional and polite... but he wasn't present. Someone else brought our food out. He checked on us for the first time when we were almost done eating. I had to ask the hostess for the check. The food was just okay. If it had been amazing, that might have been worth waiting for, but it was forgettable. The menu is blah and standard. Nothing exciting. The flavors, meh. I got the arugula and proscuitto pizza last time. Someone at our table got that this time. It looked really dry. I ordered salmon because I thought you can't mess it up. It was just okay. The ambiance, it's like a typical mainstream place. Pretty cookie cutter. The parking lot is really tight. There really is nothing to recommend this place.

Tazza Kitchen was a lovely choice for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere struck a great balance…read morebetween elevated and relaxed. Special enough for the occasion without feeling overly formal. It was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed with the ambiance, service, and overall quality of the meal. The menu offers a nice variety of food and cocktails. I ordered the espresso martini, which was smooth and well balanced, and my boyfriend had the Vieux Carré, which he really enjoyed. We started with the cast iron goat cheese, and it was rich, layered in flavor, and paired with bread that was delicious on it's own. For my entrée, I chose the margherita pizza, and it was one of the best I've had. The sauce was perfect, and the crust had an ideal texture and flavor. My boyfriend ordered the spicy sausage & black pepper honey pizza. While neither of us found it particularly spicy, it was still bold and very flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient throughout the evening. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I'm looking forward to returning.
