My son has been with this group since elementary school, undergoing surgery and numerous follow-up appointments, with out-of-pocket and insurance billing likely exceeding $10,000. He has been healthy for a while but has recently complained of blurred vision. Given his rare genetic disorder, Glut 1 deficiency, we take all health concerns seriously. When we called to schedule an appointment, we were informed that he was "discontinued" because of this invoice, which we do not recall receiving. To our knowledge, they did not reach out to resolve this issue directly. Over the years, we have spent countless hours in their waiting and exam rooms, sometimes waiting up to four hours past our appointment time. My time and my son's time are valuable. As an industry professional with three decades of experience in designing and manufacturing Ophthalmic goods, I have worked alongside top-tier professionals who would not condone this treatment of patients. At what point do we demand a higher level of respect as patients and customers? We have no recourse for the wasted hours due to their scheduling issues--time that could have been spent running my business to cover their bills. Now, my son, who has special needs, is left to see an unfamiliar doctor who does not know him or his condition. I wonder what would happen if all healthcare professionals "discontinued" their patients over a $104 invoice. This reflects a troubling trend of prioritizing profit over people, and I am disappointed in the direction healthcare is heading.

Have an issue with billing and the woman who does the billing is just as rude. Every year we go we mysteriously have a credit owed us. She always claims it's the billing from corporate in some other state.     So after my appointment I had lost my prescription to the contacts I called the office to see if…read morethey can reprint the CONTACTS prescription mind you I cant see up close too much so I assumed they had printed the correct one. so I submitted it to an online contact company, they normally call the office to verify the information is correct which means someone from the office verified the wrong prescription, I had an appointment with them today and the Dr was dismissive, I never went to get a new paper with my prescription I went to see who was responsible for giving the online company the wrong information but he just basically said your all set see you next time, I was left confused and just walked out, while I explained to him his staff made an error he quickly finished up printing a paper gave it to me a shooed me away. I will not be returning to this location, some of the front desk ladies are rude as f*ck. Best belive i will be writing this same message on all the platforms, CAUSE THIS IS BULL still don't have the write prescription same old contacts and no one here gave 2 f*cks about my problem, stupid staff member gave them the wrong prescription and now I'm f*cked with contacts I cant even see with.

On Monday I received a text message to confirm the appointment which I did and they are stating it was not received in the system because they do not receive the confirmation. Then why even send the text, fix your system. How is this even my fault when you offer something that does not work! The manager is extremely rude at this location. I have been a long time patient of Dr. So even before it being myeyedr and it's sad that will never go to another one of your locations again!
