Which means, you have to burn 100 of your rewards points just to reduce the price to the average neighborhood price. So I guess they don't want to 'reward' you any more. They rip off 100 of your reward points before you even start!

Stop & Shop is just basic gas, no fancy mart comes with it. I have to buy premium, and before the gas points rewards, Stop & Shop is cheaper than anyone, sometimes by 20 or 30 cents and a few times by 50 (that's on the Outer Cape, so no surprise there). Over the course of a year, at five fill ups a month, that becomes substantial. Like a couple hundred bucks. I just wish Stop and Shop would extend the shelf life of the gas rewards points to 60 days because my purchases are much less frequent in the winter.

Yeah, it's a limited menu, but it's a fix and the only DD in miles. Fourth, and most importantly, this place basically gives away snacks. Should your palate be open to a variety of tastes, there is a constant BOGO deal going down in the aisles.
