I had a backed up basement drain with raw sewage covering my floor downstairs. I called and because they were busy it took 4 days to get on their schedule. I don't fault them for that. So 2 guys showed up when scheduled, snaked the drain, and took care of the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I realize plumbers are expensive and I wasn't wrong. It cost $339. I would recommend them, just know it is pricey. The 3-star rating is ONLY because of the price. read more

Jeff is awesome. was here first thing in the morning as we were told he would be, to replace leaking water spigots going to our washing machine and he was in and out in about 10 minutes. read more

I've had a basement drain issue for about 3 years; every 3-4 months I had to call a plumber to come…read morein and snake it out. The expenses kept adding up and the issue would be solved for about 3 months then it would happen again. Not once in those 3 years did any of the other plumbers actually explain the issue or offer tips to take care of the issue; Sentry Plumbing did. I contacted them through an email late at night; early next morning they had responded and we booked an appointment for a couple of hours later. They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. I strongly encourage people to contact Sentry Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

I was yelled at by the receptionist and told I am not doing this take your business somewhere else, your bill will be wiped. I called whom i believe is the owner that i was talking to get a quote. I was then lied to and yelled at by him. Was told when trying to get quote i would have to be called back because no one was in the office then I was just told he was in the office the whole time and heard the entire conversation. When I called this time I was told I was in the office for the entire conversation and don't agree with how she handled it. In the same breath I was asked if I could be called back because he was getting out of his truck. This company should only be called in a dire emergency where no one else can/will come.

A month later, we started to have problems with our A/C so, we told them we were ready to move. In a matter of 3 days, they had my system replaced. They told me I'd be without air for one day between 8am-5pm. They got the job done by 2pm! I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
